"Games here in Belgium tend to be pretty expensive (mostly around €70) so I've been using online stores for over 2 years now. I have nothing but good things to say from Renchi.
They respond very quickly to email, check orders for errors (I ordered both a 360 and PS3 game and got an email asking if this was correct), did a seperate order for two games and asked to send it combined, within a day I had a refund and the games were sent in one package.
Staff seems to know very well what they're talking about and even though I live practically the other side of the world, I never have a feeling I'm treated that way.
On top of that, prices are very competitive. Really a recommended shop!"

edited after receiving order: Sometime last week I received my latest order, its pretty fast shipping for me and I'm not exactly that close, its my copy of Yggdra Union. It came in a factory sealed box, and wasn't crushed at all during transit, its in perfect condition. I opened it and the contents inside are in perfect condition too.
I don't understand if someone could have any issues i guess there is such thing as bad luck no matter what company you go with, but suffice to say this one is extra ordinary so far iv had nothing but good luck with this company. Why am I so pleased? because I'm usually really unlucky in life, I plan to order more in the future from Renchi.

"I recently ordered some PSP accessories (crystal hard case & screen protector)from Renchi.com for first time to give it a try. However, they shipped me the wrong item (a silicon soft case, I hate these kind of case because I had terrible experience with my soft DS case before) even on the first try.
Fortunately, I emailed them and got a response from them thought email within 24 hrs, that was very responsive and they offered to ship me the correct item at their expense. I guess they may not made any profit from this order, but they sure win my heart as a customer for their exceptional customer service. I especially like the trackable airmail shipping. My next major game hardware purchases (PS3 & Japan import games)will definitly going to them rather than P??y-Asia, and I will sure recommend this site to everyone and my friends for all their video game needs."
