"I was looking for ps3 lightning edition bundle(Japanese) for a price that wasn’t as crazy as eBay’s, or all the import websites I kept coming across. They all either had them going for $750+, or the wrong version (Asia). I then came across renchi, where they had the Japan version going for the around same price as the more affordable Asian bundle. I was hesitant at first due to the fact I had never purchased from them before, and this wasn’t just going to be a simple accessory or game purchase… but I risked it. So happy I did, the console looks awsome and works perfectly in my region. The console was well packaged and the contents were intact. Don’t know if there is anything I’ll want to import soon, but I’ll definitely consider renchi If I decide to do so. My first major import and it was a pleasant experience :) "

"I recently purchased Final Fantasy XIII for PS3, though i ordered it on the 13th, the game was actually due out on the 17th and prior to this i needed the game before the 25th, i had low hopes due to the time frame during a very busy holiday however i recieved the game on the 22nd via express delivery. i was impressed and glad that my order arrived on time and with such speed. "I've been buying import games from many different sellers around the world and what a pleasant surprised I had with Renchi. I ordered Korean version of Gundam Senki for PS3. However when I received my shipment, I found Asian version instead. To make the story shorter, they shipped Asian version because Korean version was out of stock. Also they didn't even ask to pay the difference in cost dispite the price difference. I even told them I am willing to pay the difference but they still didn't want it. I never had any experience like this before.
I buy quite many import games each year and RenChi will be definately my first place to shop!"

The item I wanted was not in stock, but they were able to let me know this and give me the option of another color. "I bought a region-free PS2 console to use in Canada. It works great, and the customer service was excellent. They answered my questions, and were accommodating. The only complaint I have is their low selection of colour choices. For the high price paid one expect to be satisfied on this front as well. A NTSC PS2 new in Canada is $100 CND, and I paid $240 CND for the region-free model. I would have liked a silver console, but had to settle for a cinnabar red one. I wanted the machine here for the summer holidays for when the kids are out of school, so I had no choice but to order for June just in case there were any customs or shipping problems. It is because of this fact that I would rate them 4 out 5."
