"I don't know where to start. Long story short. Product description wrong and product did not match printed information. Called and asked for help to identify why so I could order the correct unit. Customer servie said the would email next day but never did. On the second day I placed a phone call to customer service and was on hold until I had to leave a message. I was frustrated when I did and demanded a return call by end of day. Its been a week now and no contact. This company just blew me off and wanted me to go away. What the heck. I just wanted to know if there was such a thing as the product they described or was it pulled incorrectly or do they just don't want to do business with me base on some company policy. Interesting they took my money, little that it was to determine product function only to find my product won't fit in the box they represented in print."
