"This was the first time I used this company and I will never use this company again, I bought a tool that took forever to get and they happen to send me the wrong tool called to see if they had the correct one they had posted on their websi
te and they didn't and when asked about returning the item I would have to pay for my own shipping 25% restocking fee and would only be refunded for the tool it self. Bought the tool for $21.22 tool+$5.00 small tool fee+$13.51 for shipping=$39.73 and for a refund I would only get a few dollars back complete ripoff

"I was a Director of Purchasing for major hotels in New York for 20 yrs. Reliable Paper is without question one of the best vendors of paper & janitorial products with which I've done business. Customer service is always professional,courteous & friendly. Prices & delivery are excellent. If you want to get a good deal, don't be afraid to get on the phone & call for help. "Items ordered arrived within 1-2 business days -- very quick. However, I thought I was ordering 250 plastic containers with lids and the box they were delivered in only said "240" -- Have not counted them yet, but a bit deceiving between online ordering and packaging.

"I researched many websites comparing prices for the product I wanted to purchase. Reliable Paper had the lowest cost. I am not aware if this is due to six of the twelve cans being dented or not. If I find that there will not be a problem with leakage from the dented cans, then the cost is well worth it and I will purchase from Reliable Paper again. Delivery was speedy, within a few days.
I would recommend this company to others.

11/20/12 Addendum: As far as I am concerned, Reliable Paper values service to their customers. I received a phone call from a representative in regards to the dented cans. The matter was resolved instantly and I was told that their distributor would be contacted in reference to future purchases of this product. I highly recommend this company.
