"This is my second pair of Comfort Cool Thumb Restraint gloves. They really help diminish my arthritic thumb joint pain (64 Y.O. male). I typically wear them overnight, and the retained body heat helps reduce the swelling and pain by the next morning. Ths is likely off-label apllication, but it works for me. They also help significantly when doing manual labor activities, but these activities are pretty hard on the gloves."
