Nice to find a Store for Med Supplies

"Prices were good, not a fan of the shipping rates, though the code for reduced shipping helped. Otherwise it would have cost more for the shipping than the product ordered. That being said it was nice to find a place that I could order medical supplies without having to be a business or hospital. Prices thus far on things I looked up were good."

Price Good, Discounts Not Accurate

"The offered discount of 20% for purchase over $100 was not honored. My purchase was greater than $100, but the discount was refused when appiled.

I was forced to use the 15%. I am a first time shopper, and love the products and price. However, a bitter taste is left because of the discount not being accurately applied

Only place to get these bath wipes!

"I have loved these "Perfect Coat" dog bath wipes since my dog was a puppy. All the others just don't compare. Now Amazon, Chewy, PetSmart and all the other "big" retailers are sold out and I cannot seem to be able to get this brand of wipes. I found rehab-store and Voila! now I can get them again. Thank you. So grateful.

UPDATE: 4/11/24 - Now I've been notified that my order is delayed and they're "following up with their vendor" to provide me with an ETA. Translation: "We don't actually have this in stock to ship and unlike the other resellers who tell you it's unavailable or sold out, we are not going to tell you it's unavailable, but take your money and then tell you there is a shipping delay".

Y'all just lost my confidence. Just refund my money if you can't get the product and post on your retail website that it's unavailable like everyone else.
