Terrible service

"They are actually so bad.problem #1 I bought struts that were advertised as red and chrome, I get black. I ask for the rights parts number and they’re still black. So why advertise as red and chrome because there custom service said they just pull parts not for color..BS. Problem #2 I bought a steering wheel, quick release and a hub, my email I got says everything arrived. I got the other 2 components but no steering wheel! Now I have no idea what’s going on because the tracking number says everything is here. Redline360 is unprofessional and a joke"

Awesome Problem solving by Yves!

"I had an ordered a part from Redline360 for my 2018 Honda Accord shortly after I received an email stating the part was out of service and could take up to 10+ weeks for a restock. Yves, not being a sales person, took it upon themselves to recommend a replacement part. Ultimately, they helped me order get a replacement part with little effort and communication. Thanks Yves. Your service is greatly appreciated!"

10/10 Customer Service

"Ordered front and rear pads for my 2019 Honda Accord Sport 2.0t. Ordered EBC Redstuff.
Ordered them as a pair. Couple days later (ordered on the weekend after hours) I get an email saying that the rear pads aren’t in stock.

I reply asking if the fronts are in stock. I get a reply from James and he says yes, and that, if I’d like, I can continue with just front the fronts. He double confirms with me and I double check I ordered the right parts, and confirmed with him to order the fronts. Right after I get my refund and an email confirming the “new” order. All of this back and forth happened before noon. I’ve always had great service with you guys and will continue to do business with you. Thanks again James.
