"The only problem I had was paying $16.99 for "expedited shipping - UPS" and the package arrived by USPS more than a week after I ordered it. I have not contacted the company about this, but I won't be buying from them again. I can get the same merchandise from hundreds of other places without this problem.

"The ordering process and confirmation of the ordering was great, but when it left Redzuco's hands into USPS's hands there was no tracking of the delivery. I checked daily on the USPS link and it was never updated. I could not track the delivery date or status. It finally was delivered, but the on-line USPS status still stated "waiting for update which is done every evening, please check back later". I order many items on-line and the other handlers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) all provide very detailed and up to the date statusing of the delivery date, which provide a tremendouse level of comfort for the person ordering.

"This company seems fine, although I just bought one thing. I bought discount software. My concern was that if the price was discounted that much would I get only half the product? But as adverstised it is a fully packaged retail product. (Adademic version). I think I bought on this site because, on other sites it wasn't real clear what kind of product you were going to get. Some offered just the disc. Anyway the shipping was timely, I think I got expedited shipping which was pricey but I guess I asked for it. "
"This review is about a rebate fraud. I purchased a 1 GB SanDisk Compact Flash card in late Nov., 2004. The price was $110.97 incl. shipping. There was supposed to be a $40.00 rebate. I received the item as described about 2 weeks later and immediately submitted all of the required info for the rebate.
I began my inquiry into the rebate on 2/15/05 and received a message from Anita HArvin at RedZuco the next day that my info had been found and the rebate would be "sometime next week." It did not arrive so I emailed again on 3/16/05. Again, Anita promptly replied on 3/17/05: "we've located your rebate in our system and will refer it to the rebate team." Still no rebate.
Finally, I emailed Anita 5/10/05 and said that i would write a review of RedZuco if I did not receive a rebate within a week. No response and no rebate. Well, I gave them a bit longer and here is my review.
Actual service was Ok though not too fast. They did reply promptly to 2 of my 3 emails. However, they appear to be using the rebate trick dishonestly. So stupid; they easily lost more than $40.00 in potential future business from me plus that that on any of you reading this might have given them.
