"First of all, I failed to look at the actual part number when I ordered it, I called ReTechTV and they responded right away, we cancelled my original order and placed a new order with the correct part. I thought I was going to have to go through the whole process of sending the original order back and getting a credit, etc. like you do with large companies when something goes wrong.
Secondly, I was having a problem removing the wiring from the old board, I called tech support, and Ben took the time to talk me though the entire proceedure like he was standing over my shoulder. You don't get that with other companies. Thanks again!"
