"I am very happy with my experience of purchasing through ReTechTV. When my 3 year old LCD TV started having picture problems, the manufacturer wouldn't help, and the local authorized repair shop estimated upwards of $300 to fix the problem. After searching online I was able to identify that the T-Con board was most likely the culprit. The part was available through ReTechTV, whom I emailed for a second opinion. Ben was very quick to respond, confirming the T-Con board was likely the problem, and indicating that I could return the part if it wasn't. The cost for the part was less than $40 and it did indeed fix the problem - saving me several hundred dollars that it would have cost to replace, or have it repaired by a third party."

"I recently ordered a power supply board for my Phillips 42" Plasma TV from ReTechTV. It was a used part that they guaranteed was in A1 condition. The item was delivered quickly and when installed worked perfectly. Their site information, product description, and photo were very helpful in ensuring I received the correct part. I also felt comfortable with my purchase due to their guarantee and price. I briefly considered a "Professional" repair shop but when one company quoted a $150.00 diagnostic fee I decided to make the repair myself. I'm writing this review at the request of ReTechTV's, Ben Owen, as well as my confidence to recommend their products for other consumers."

"I have a Panasonic plasma that suddenly started to do the blink 7 dance. I powered it on one day and all i saw was the power LED blinking seven times in a repeating cycle. I started checking the net and it seemed this was a common problem. I thought great - i will just get educated a bit, buy a card and replace it.

Then the confusion set in. It seemed there were multiple cards that could cause this problem with the SC being the most likely. Also, no one had an SC card. They were all sold out. I even called panasonic for a little help but they had very little info and hung up on me twice. I was getting a bit PO'd.

I came across ReTech and though "what do I have to lose". All of a sudden things were looking up. They not only had a card in stock but they knew all about the blink 7 problem and there technicians walked me through some basic troubleshooting to determine what board was bad. All this for no extra cost. My local repair shop wanted $42 just to look it over. They told me it would be expensive to fix, maybe $200 to $300.

So I bought the board and they even shipped it that same day even though I ordered it in the late afternoon. I was surprised to see the shipping info on my email within 30 min of hanging up. I got the card within 48 hrs.

So now, $111 later, my TV is running like a champ.

"It was a great pleasure dealing with ReTechTV to solve my problem with my Samsung LCD TV which stopped working. When I thought the problem was in the power supply board, they sent me the board I ordered within 24 hours. When it turns out that the problem is not in the power supply they refunded my money and accepted the return without any hassle. When I asked for assistance in case they encountered such a problem, they provided suggestions and when I acted upon their recommendation and replaced the mother board, the problem was solved.
I am very impressed with their work ethic and I recommend them strongly for any future need.

"I ordered a power board for my Emerson TV that was dead but was not sure it was a problem. I contacted Ben about return or exchange in case it didn't help. OMG, he responded in couple minutes, answered all my questions, said that there is 30 days for return or exchange but can be extended, just simply let him know and warranty is 180 days(!). The problem was fixed but what experience I've got? I am not surprised that they have rating as high as possible. I will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them to everybody. "

"I found there site on Google i had received a tv from a friend but it had a problem. I sent ReTechTv a email got a speedy reply from ben (under 30 minutes)told him the problem i was having. right away said it was the power supply so i ordered it now the tv is fully functioning with now problems. i highly recommend ReTechTv to anyone needing parts. If i would have found this place when my 47 inch tv screen got broke i would have had 2 tvs thanks alot ben for all your help."

"At first I was a little leary of ordering from a smaller company but those fears were quickly alleviated when I emailed Ben and got prompt assistance (while he was working late from HOME!).

The first replacement board that I got was defective, however a new one was sent out to me immediately without question, which worked perfectly (I do not hold them at fault for this, things sometimes happen!).

Would I recommend this company to someone else or go back there if I needed a part again? DEFINATELY!

"Absolute pleasure working with the business in resolving issues with my 4+ year old Samsung 32" LCD TV. Always very friendly and helpful when you call. Plus try finding another company willing to accept a return on an incorrectly purchased item AND not charge you some sort of restocking fee. If your not sure what part you don't be afraid to call and ask. If I had done that from the beginning I probably would have ordered the right part the first time around and saved hours of my life spent searching the Internet for potential answers. "

"I was mighty impressed by the service I received. Though things started out a little slowly, Ben eventually took the bull by the horns and stuck with me through several small problems. My Pioneer big screen television blew two boards - though at first we thought it was only one. Ben eventually narrowed the problem down (over the course of several e-mails) and sent a second board to me charging only half-price on overnight shipping. Anyway, all worked out for the best and I appreciate greatly Ben's personal attention and genuine interest in my problem. No complaints at any level. "
