"I am very disappointed with my Rally House experience. I ordered a tshirt online on December 12th as a Christmas gift for someone and it is 3 days before Christmas and there is still no sign of my shirt. I might add that December 12th is before the day they claim on the website that your order will be guaranteed in time for Christmas. There is no way for you to track your order, you can only view the "status" of the order. I have been doing this for about a week now and every time it says "processing" until last night my status changed to "canceled"! Glad to know the company decided to cancel my order 3 days before Christmas with no notification to me. I have emailed the company with no reply and now I have been on hold for over 25 minutes without talking to anyone. If you need an order in any type of timely manner, I HIGHLY suggest you find it somewhere else! I will certainly not be back!"
