"In my search to find a creditable and trustworthy company to purchase my digital camera from I ran across the review for Rainbowtronics. After a quick pre-algebra calculation, I realized that this company only has a 5% negative feedback result. This is to be expected. A small percentage like this really isn't of any concern. I can tell you for a fact that in my dealings thus far with Rainbowtronics, at no time during my purchase of a digital camera was I ever hounded or pressured by anyone to buy additional packages or products. Yes, after shipping confirmation (over the phone) the associate informed me of some current specials on memory cards, batteries and cases. However, I was merely "informed". When I said I was not interested in the specials, the sales associate respected my decision and simply moved on. I was not pressured in any way, nor did I feel pressured. My experience with Rainbowtronics so far has been a very pleasant one. I have not received my order yet so I cannot comment shipping experiences as I just ordered my camera less than 24 hours ago. I will update this review (if possible) with my shipping experience once I have received and inspected my product. On a final note, if you are doing reviews of the companies you are interested in purchasing from, GOOD FOR YOU! You are very smart to check around. Yes, there definitely are some shady "switch and bait" bad-nasties out there, but I can assure you this company is NOT one of them. I highly suggest this company and will do business with them again in the future.

On another positive note; After my shipping confirmation phone call, I received an email requesting I write one or several reviews for them. Upon completion of these reviews (up to 6 total) the email states that I will be rewarded for my reviews with several highly useful free products! Free is a great price!
