"I usually enjoy buying my parts from Rafferty, but not this time around. Gone are the days of "the customer is always right". Especially when you try to use coupons. I was promised a 10% off coupon for doing this review and haven't seen it yet. Do you think management would work with me and adjust my total? Or how about using a $25 off coupon from their own site and getting that shot down. Claiming "our parts are already at a discounted price on the web and you didn't have to pay shipping." REALLY? REALLY? I came in on my time and dime and picked up the part jack weed. And no where on their web site is a disclaimer that states our prices are so low no other discount maybe applied. But do you think that was a good argument to receive a discount? Nope, got the old brush off of I understand but no dice, so move along. To which I will, no more shopping for parts at Rafferty Subaru because apparently it is not all about me."

"I purchased a car through ebay that they inspected and had maintained for the last 50k miles for $5200. I drove 500 miles to pick it up and came home trusting that it was in good condition. Took it to my local dealer for state inspection it didn't pass and needed over $3000 of repairs to get it to pass and a non functional sunroof that cost $1500 to repair. They were completely non responsive. Not disclosing known repairs is completely unethical and fraudulent. If you must buy from here, make sure you take the car to a third party for inspection prior to purchase, but I would simply recommend staying away from this pack of liars."

"There are a lot of Subaru dealers that now offer OEM part online. However, Rafferty Subaru has become my go to place for these type of parts because of their clear and low prices, and supporting information like specific diagrams that make it easy to locate the exact part that i am looking for.

The bonus is that they are close to me so I can choose local pick up. That way I get an advantage to internet pricing and also I can save on shipping by picking up
