"I purchased a radiator and it came fairly quick. I later realized it wasn’t my radiator that needed to be replaced and therefore needed to return the part. I followed the instructions to return and they still have not processed my claim. I had to pay over $20 for shipping and it says my return is still pending. I have tried numerous e-mails and I keep receiving automated emails saying that an agent will be assigned to my claim. Very frustrating and unnecessary."

"The 5/16 mounting inserts will not accept the bolts more than 3-4 turns, when I apply a wrench they feel like they are cross threading. All 4 inserts seem to be the same way.
I am awaiting a response from Customer Service regarding the issue, to see if I can re-tap the inserts without voiding the warranty.
Other than the inserts, the radiator looks perfect, and it will fit into my 1948 Chevy coupe."

"I ordered a radiator for my kawasaki Ninja 1000,first they said no and then he said wait i will contact the ware house then all of a sudden he found it and when he told me $186 i was happy because this part is $665,but when i recieved the radiator,right away i knew its not a motorcycle radiator it was either a ATV or some other vehicle Radiator.
So i emailed them and explained it in the email that this is not the right part,and nobody got back to me,after sending them 4 emails they replied me,asking,whats wrong with it and why do i want to return it.So then i sent them the 5th email,explained them this radiator is not for a 2015 kawasaki ninja 1000 ABS,then again no reply for 4/5 days.
Then i called my bank and put a charge back,then finally today i recieved there email telling me all the instructions about how i have to pay for return,and i should'nt use usps.
So if you are ordering make sure you tell them that they are responsible for all the return hassle and run around if the item is not the right fit."
