"I ordered the radiator on a WEdnesday expecting delivery by the weekend. I contacted customer support on Friday as i had not received notice that the radiator shipped. After some investigation, it was determined the radator had not shipped, but I had confirmation in a few hours that it was shipping that day. I received the radiator on the following Tuesday."
