"In short, I am extremely pleased with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective buyers. The final product and customer service that I received were simply top notch.

This was the first time I had ever ordered a custom made laptop and RK Computers made the buying experience very enjoyable. I had a ton of questions and they were all answered quickly, patiently, and to the point.

I also had the opportunity to experience RK Computer's repair service. Shortly after receiving my laptop, I encountered a problem with the video card that caused my screen to not turn on. The representative I worked with was quick to identify what was wrong with the laptop and then worked with me through a bunch of issues with UPS (UPS's fault not RKC's) to get my laptop shipped to the repair center. About a week later, I got back my laptop in working order except there was still an issue with the BIOS. That problem was promptly fixed in under an hour after the representative I worked with provided me the files and detailed instructions on how to reflash the BIOS.

Some of you may be alarmed that I encountered two problems in quick succession. Don't be. Instead, see it as a guarantee that RK Computers will fix any problems you come across (and fast) and that in the end, you will get a perfect product.

"I must say I am very impressed so far with RK Computers. I previously placed an order with another reseller and after waiting for more than 2 weeks, I canceled my order with them. I was getting the run around on why my order was delayed and what not.

So I then placed an order with RK Computers on 12-12-2008 and asked them if they can rush the order for me. It shipped on 12-15-2008 and should be here on 12-19-2008. Unbelievable service so far.
