"Bottomline do not buy anythink from RC HELICOPTER SELECT!!! Why you might ask, well I ordered a wasp 100 mini helicopter as a gift for this christmas only to find when it arrived in the post 2 days ago it was damaged.
The helicopter was broken in places that even a rough delivery could not match, even though the box had no bubble wrap or fragile stickers! Before i had even opened the helicopter box i noticed that the clear platic window in which you see the helicopter through, displyed only white? then i realized that my order could have been someone else's faulty return?
I emailed RC HELICOPTER SELECT about this to get a replacement or refund. first reply they said it must have been damaged through delivery and that if i provided photo's they could send me replacement parts. I photographed the damaged parts only to have an email back the next day to say they need part numbers from the product manual. So i sent an email with the parts i needed and had no reply the next day.
The fustrating thing is that each email gets replyed at 3:30am my time "England" so it is a slow response if your like me and get a unsatisfactory product from a company that promises QUALITY which is a joke!!!
Currently i have still had no reply even though i have sent a further email containing more photo evidence, So I am likely to take this matter further.

They have refunded me on the 13/12/2011 and have shipped replacement parts today on the 23/12/2011. So overall even though my shopping experience was as above they have sorted the problem out. They are slow in response time but they do eventually sort it out.
Note to rchelicopterselect "you could prevent alot of the problems your customers experience by simply double boxing and bubble wrapping your orders" and thanks for sorting it in the end."

"RC Helicopter Select do delivery my Air Swimmer Clownfish in a very short of time. However, the quality of the product is doubt-able. They claimed they do sell Radio control version of Air Swimmer Clownfish. Actually, I felt it like a IR control version in my test drive. Because, once the fish fly underneath your remote controller, the fish became uncontrollable. The fish only can be well control when it fly over your head. So, if you really want to get one, you probably need to think it twice before you purchase the product. "

"I received the parcel from my local post office well ahead of schedule which is good. But when I opened the parcel, the helicopter canopy was cracked so I asked for a replacement. The initial communications before the parcel arrived was good but when I asked for a replacement, the response was a bit too slow for my liking. I also asked for some other information like the battery discharge plug diameter and etc but was not given any answers. Up till today, I have not gotten my tracking number for my replacement canopy and the answers on the discharge plug.
Overall the ratings for this seller is good, but after sales service needs to improve!"

"This was my worst ever online shopping experience. I purchased an RC tank for $162.00 only to find out later that other web sites were selling the same item (with more features smoke & sound) fo 40% less money. I also paid $10.00 extra for express shipping which I did not get. This was to be 1-3 days shipping and they shipped it in 7 days. There was no battery charging instructions so I had to wait for them to answer my question before I could charge the battery and use the item. This is a very cheaply made tank and not good quality for the money. They also said the would consider refunding the express shipping charges but have not done this yet. I would not recommend this seller.
Do not be fooled by the RC price comparison. RC choose shipping options that brough the price somewhat even with their selling price. I gave them one example but there are many more where this same Walker Bulldog tank was considerably less money and had more features, like smoke for example. Even if the price was the same, but it's not, I would have had the same item with extra features. They indicated express shipping out of British Columbia but it actually came from China and was shipped 3 days late. So much for Express shipping. It doesn't matter how you evaluate the purchase, do not but this item from RC."
