The only problem is that I ordered the exact type of ram my computer uses and all I get is stack dumps and computer problems. I took out the old ram and tried just using the new ram to the same effect. I know its not the bios because its the same type of ram. "I had been having memory issues with my system and was looking to replace the memory with Mushkin Ridgeback 998826. I could not find the memory anywhere except Ram Experts. I must say I have not had such great customer service in a long time. The customer service chat feature is excellent. I was worried about the heatsink size with my CPU heatsink and memory slots, they measured the width of the memory to make sure it would fit. The memory came fast (3 days)with their free shipping. Unfortunately the plastic package holding the memory was torn and I called their customer support. They were helpful and since then they have followed up with me several times to make sure everything was working. The memory was undamaged and passed memtest86+. So far the memory is working excellently and I highly recommend this company. They have good pricing for quality memory and excellent customer service. "
