But I found ram store quiet good with techniqual support that they tried to keep me updated as possible about my order. Once the ram was shipped it arrived next day delivery. They also gave me a special coupon for the wait for the holiday season rush for my ram.

"December 2nd, I ask by email if an item is in stock. Fast answer that tell me that it's in stock. Ordered the same day. No awnser or email before December 5th morning and that was for telling me they got server problem and they were sorry for no-reply. In the same mail, they tolm me that what was in stock the day I ordered was Back order. They offer me to change my order with free shipping. We are December 6th and no reply.

"Purchased 2 512MB OCZ PC3200 CL2 dimms. Ramstore.ca had no problem pricematching with another store, and a response was received in minutes. Received the package in about 36 hours and was packaged nicely. Unfortunately, the RAM did not work properly in the Dell 4600 computer that I had, guess it couldn't deal with the fast timings, and had to return it. Return process was painless though and the restocking charge was less than expected. Definitely a store I would buy from in the future if I get a non-OEM computer."
