I was connected with their team member, Jaimie, who helped me right away with the design and quote. It blew me away how quickly she was able to get me the mugs ordered and shipped. After receiving them, I realized that a portion of the mugs were damaged and/or had some defects. I sent Jaimie a quick email and she was able to replace those very quickly without any issue.
