"I purchased an expensive kitchen faucet/sprayer from Quality Bath. Unfortunately, I have had some trouble with continued leaking from the sprayer. My plumber initially thought the sprayer was at fault--I contacted Adina at Quality Bath and she immediately arranged a replacement (under warranty) from the manufacturer. After replacing the sprayer, the leak continued and my plumber now thinks there is an issue with a valve in the main faucet. I contacted Adina again and she immediately went to bat for me once more and arranged for the manufacturer to ship me a replacement. I was honestly expecting more push-back and was delighted with her quick, professional and competent handling of this case. I am hopeful that replacing the main faucet will fix the issue."

"I bought faucets from quality bath. The communication was clear, and no mistake. I received them a little bit late due to the post-COVID delivery issue. However, I was notified before I placed my order. I was aware of the delay. My contractor installed all of them. He had one issue with my leaking tub faucet. I contacted quality bath. Tammy got my replacement part right away. My contractor replaced it, but it still had the same issue. I contacted Tammy again. She followed up and replaced me with a new tub faucet. I had ordered a Mila sink which was backordered, and it wasn't entirely clear when the manufacturer would be able to ship it to me. I contacted quality bath customer service and got in contact with Layla. She was extremely accommodating. I explained to her that the sink is causing significant delays to my remodel project and I really needed to get more updates around its ETA. Once we established that need, she has been extremely proactive in calling the manufacturer to get the latest ETA of the item, and would email me regularly to give me the latest update.
