"Pyramid air was having a sale for buy 3 get 1 free on ammo. I placed 4 containers of pellets in my cart at $23 each as well as some cleaning pellets at $6 each. It didn't even occur to me that the cleaning pellets could be considered ammo.
I noticed that the cleaning pellets were marked to $0 instead of one of the $23 ones after I had already made my purchase. I asked for a refund of the difference in price and they said no.
Yes, I should have payed more attention to my cart before checking out, but it was an easy mistake to make when they are categorizing tiny cotton balls as ammo. There is no reason why the company should not refund me partially. I'll be sticking to other airgun websites and local suppliers.
I try not to do business with businesses that value $17 over doing the right thing and keeping a customer. Hopefully my $17 mistake can keep someone else from having an equally poor experience."

"I found a model S&W model 29 when I went back to purchase it I couldn't find it the second time I went back I couldn't even login after three attempts I finally was able to find the gun you have a discount wheel I won a fifteen dollar discount which I could not apply which means I didn't get the discount checkout was just as confusing this was not a good experience why offer discounts if you can't apply them.You need to simplify your site and checkout process.I buy a lot but really am discouraged I hope my next experience is better.
