"I had heard about these guys from both social media (people sharing pics of their modded bikes and tagging Pure-Triumph as the source/supplier) and also the fact that when you Google search for Triumph parts, these guys are usually the first hit - a good sign! I'd been deliberating for a few months how to prioritize my modifications, and then when I was finally ready I decided to split my orders into 2 so I could use a different credit card for each (yes, bikes beg you to spend all of your money on them...) and I'm not kidding, I placed my first order, and then by the time I had added the parts for my second order to my cart and was heading for checkout, I got an email notification that the first order had shipped! It must have been around 7 minutes later. I couldn't be more impressed. And then that first shipment arrived super fast (I'm on the opposite coast) and the 2nd shipment is on it's way (the parts for that order said backordered about 5-8 days, which was right on the money from ordering to shipment) and now I can't wait to go and order more stuff! They also have a 'Rewards' program where if you spend $500 in a year you get 10% off future orders, which is a hell of a deal - don't know if anybody else does it, and I don't care as I don't see myself ordering anything Triumph from anyone else in the future. Keep up the great work guys, and I'll be spreading the word of your awesomeness. Much appreciated. A very happy customer!"
