large order shipped to the wrong address by the company -- did not rectify

"Read the bad reviews, they are true. Little trust left in this company with poor customer service and glitchy computer systems! During checkout, their system asked which address they had for me on file I wished to use, and I chose my current address rather than an old one they had. It did not differentiate between a billing and shipping address option, but just asked from their "address book" which i wanted. I selected the correct one, and finished checkout with PayPal, which also has my correct address on file. When I checked my email later in the day, I saw that it had shipped out already, the same day, and to a wrong address. I am on the west coast and they are in FL, so i called immediately before they closed and was on hold for over 30 minutes trying to figure it out with a customer service agent, who after all that time, could only say the error was my fault and that i should try to contact the USPS to see if they would re-direct the package. I indicated that this was not an acceptable option for an error I did not cause. While i was on hold again to find a solution, i was hung up on by this agent. When I tried to call back, the call center said offices were closed and they would not take my call. Apparently their system just kicks off phone customers at their closing time? Others have had this issue as well.

I called again the next day and spoke to another agent and a supervisor, who again indicated that the error must be my fault, because it is not possible for their system to make a mistake. I know i selected my current, correct address in their system when asked between 2 options. In a normal checkout process, on any other website i have an account with, when I select an address on file that i want to use, it is used both for shipping and billing, not split up into 2 separate ones without customer assent during the process. Not only is their system glitchy and not user friendly, they were less than friendly or willing to do anything to rectify the situation, and suggested that I would just have to eat the cost of the large order if they couldn't find it with USPS. Such a waste of time and money when my plate is totally full as a working mother. I just don't have time for anything less than high class companies that care about their customers and do what they need to to make something right and retain loyal customers. Will not shop with them again, as there are many many online options for what they sell. Be wary of a company that doesn't have your back and won't own up to their errors, and many people have issue with!

Good customer service I sent the wrong address they send another one next day

"I'm a cashier at the grocery store I was talking to my customers I'm so tired I have no sleep last night I have a problem sleeping and she told me that she did have same problem but she don't have not anymore she's taking the magnesium glycinate 400 am I ordered one 2 days 2 shipment and now I'm taking I have a good sleep"

A real joke

"Ordered 3 products. Was charged by all 3 of them. Shipping was done in 5 business days and it said: delivered all 3 products. Reality: Only got one. Tried the live chat, not available. Sent an email. They apologised and said that because of the Covid 19 they did not know what they really have in stock. Lost my 15% of first order and THE PRODUCT IS STILL ONLINE!!! Slippery Elm. Unbelivable. Worst service ever, I am posting this on Facebook, Twitter and social networks. "

Are you still in business??

"I placed an order based on your having what I wanted. You said it was shipped but USPS says they don't have it. You said you'd deliver in 2 days - it's been a week (which would have been normal delivery) and it's still not here. You've got my money so I can't buy elsewhere. And, no response from you.
If you do not have my item, please give me my money back and cancel the order.
BTW, I ordered other items 2 days later and they were delivered in record time.

Terrible customer service

"I placed an order, which was eligible for a free upgrade in shipping. After two days with no shipping email confirmation, I was told that it was really 5-7 days shipping time. Upon receiving the item, I found they sent and charged me for 2. I tried calling customer service and was put on hold indefinitely.....I was 18th in line! They don’t answer their phones, and you can not contact them even by chat. The company has slipped tremendously....there is virtually no more customer service. "

Definitely not what they used to be

"I placed an order for products and received an empty bag. Apparently Pureformulas has updated to this new bag that doesn't seal properly so the contents never made it to me. I called and emailed to be told I would receive another order, had to call back for confirmation of shipping only to be told they were out of the item I initially ordered but they would send the 'Get One Free item' which was just an add on for my initial order. Customer service seems to be unapologetic and when I explained how upsetting it was to me that the product was out of stock when they're at fault for me not receiving my items in the first place. I received no type of compassion or empathy from the Rep she improperly closed the call, never thanked me for calling, never said have a nice evening.. Just held the line until I hung not good when Customer Unhappy"

Simple and easy

" I was a little wary ordering from them after reading some of the negative reviews… However I was pleasantly surprised about how simple and easy this order was. When I checked out I didn’t receive an order confirmation and so I called the next day and was immediately connect to somebody who efficiently solved the problem. I receive my package exactly on time. I will order from them again"

refer a friend no bonus and **** customer service

"I have tried calling multiple times but no one has been helpful because the phone call always got hung up in the middle and after that, I am not able to make another phone call to your toll free number. "Your calling is temporarily unavailable" is what I heard most of the time when I tried calling.

Refered a friend who already made more than 50$ purchase 2 months ago, but the promised 10$ bonus was never credited into my account. Poor customer service and empty promise

Best site if you enjoy customer disservice

"I was a PureFormulas customer for a number of years and it seemed that their customer service kept getting weaker and weaker. I contacted them recently about a tax issue with one of the new items they sell. (Instead of selling the item at a food tax rate, they were selling it at a non-food tax rate.) I wanted to purchase the item that day and the customer disservice representative promised me a call back that day, and expected, I did not get a call back before the employee’s shift ended so I called back and spoke with the supervisor at the end of the day. The supervisor told me I would need to wait whatever period of time it would take for them to hear back from their third-party tax firm about the tax. The difference in tax was about $2. I specifically asked for them to accommodate the $2, but the “supervisor” couldn’t do anything about it. When a company can’t accommodate $2 because of the wrong tax amount and just trust that their customer found a tax flaw - I pointed out several other similar items with the lower tax rate - it’s time to give all of your business to PureFormula’s competitors. I reached out to the CEO of PureFormulas via email to let him know about my experience and never received a response. I strongly recommend you avoid PureFormulas because, should you have a problem, their service is terrible and it’s not fair that a company would overcharge their customers (and not just have the common sense to offer the customer a credit of a whopping $2 to finish their purchase)! Buyers beware."

Poor communication and confused reps

"I do a lot of online shopping and I haven't dealt with a company who is more disorganized, unclear and more difficult to get a hold of than this one in a very long time. I received a liquid product from them about a week after I ordered it. I guess their free shipping does take 5 to 7 days, which I didn't realize before I ordered. I'm used to vitacost which takes literally one day to get to me. My product came and the plastic bottom was bubbled out so I didn't want to open it and definitely didn't want to give it to my child. I called customer service and literally waited 10 minutes before I spoke to anyone. At that time, the representative told me she couldn't help me at all and I should just email the company instead. I did just that, and it took a day and a half for them to even respond to me. At which point they simply sent me an email back with a return shipping label. When I clicked on the link for the return shipping label it looked to me like they had sent me a new product without even asking me whether I wanted my money back or not. I called customer service again and was assured that my refund had already been processed. I was at that point confused because the email told me I needed to send the product back to get a refund. The rep told me I didn't need to send the product back and then I asked her why I had a return shipping label then. She then changed her mind again and told me to send the product back to them even though the refund was already being processed. The email with the shipping label never specified that I was getting a refund. I was left in the dark and left to guess what was going to happen with my order.
I'll never order from this company again. They seem very confused and disorganized.
