Missing item, wrong address, terrible packing and customer service

"If I could give zero star, I would! I had never experienced such bad customer, shipping and packing services like this before. Ordered 5 items in one order and only received 4 but I was still charged for 5 items. When I returned the order, FedEx people told me that the original packing was a total mess and would fall apart if I didn't change the box, so I had to spend money to buy a new box at the FedEx office so they could process the return. Then I called Puma customer service to place a new order but they messed up with the shipping address, my unit number was missing, however they couldn't do anything to it because they said the label had been created. Then I called FedEx and was told that only shipper was authorized to change the address. Called Puma again, the call got cut off when I was speaking with a representative and I never received a call back. Called Puma one more time, they told me their system was done so they couldn't do anything. Puma is just a scammer company! Will never buy anything from them again!"

Price paid different from initial offer

"I was purchasing gifts for the holidays and found puma slides on sale previously to black Friday. Upon making my purchase the price changed on items in my cart. Not only did they deny it they refused to uphold the cost without a screenshot! So the only thing I know for a fact is they hack there prices up right before a "sale" and they have loop holes to hold deny accountability."

the money for my returned orders were not refunded

"I have bought 5 articles from Puma website in Deutschland and returned all of them, but they did refund for 3 of my articles, because they claimed tat there were three articles in the returned box!!! that is a shame! Actually, I think they are a good robber! really? it is a modern way of stealing costumers' money? I asked even them to weight the box to make sure, but they refused.
I will NEVER buy any thing from PUMA.DE . They can not assume their costumers are fool and can do whatever they want.

Good Comfort

"Puma shoes are good for running. It is so lightweight, I couldn't feel the road. The shoes feel comfortable and look stylish. These shoes will make u look classy plus gives mesh look is trendy and awesome. Suitable for many different physical activities.
The affordable price tag for almost any budget. go for it. You won't regret it.

Puma is so unprofessional for a big company.

"I sent a return back and they received it on MAY 5, 2020. It is May 27, 2020 and they are just now processing my return. Also when I have them on chat they always end the chat before they give any answers. ll they say is I will get an email when the return is processed. I do not think I will receive my refund.
Do not waste your time with working with them online.
NEVER AGAIN.

Do Not order from Puma!!

"I should've looked at the reviews first. But thinking as puma is a popular brand I didnt have too. I ordered two pairs of shoes, got one pair the next day it said it was shipped. My other pair was shipped before that one and still haven't received it. I emailed customer service and they keep saying to check my tracking it will update. It never did. So I emailed them again , no reply. I emailed again. Got an email saying that the email doesnt exist!!!! So I either will get them late or wont get them at all and lose money. "

COMPLETE waste of time

"It takes dmn near a month for them to receive your return if you use their shipping label and another 3 weeks to receive your money. If you take your package to the post office, it sits there for at least 10 days before fedex decides to mosey on over there to pick it up! I called them today and said if i don't get my refund by next week i will be doing a CHARGE BACK!

My advice to you is to make sure you know your size and if you will like the product before you purchase anything from their website. Don't be seduced by their frequent 30 percent off sales like i was!

Horrible Experience

On October 6, 2019 I purchased an online order for Puma motorsport sweat pants. It was supposed to be a gift for my
brother- in- law. On the same night at the same time I ordered the same sweats but a different color from Amazon. I went with Puma initially because your price was cheaper. On October 9th my sweats arrived, while my brother-in-law's sweats are in no man's land. On October 10th an email confirmation from Puma was received notifying me that my product had shipped. The shipment date was already past the 2 day promise of when Puma is supposed to ship the from your warehouse.
A week passed and still no sweats. The tracking details said it would arrive on the18th of October. Now I am really bothered by this entire process. The first representative I spoke to from the Puma online customer service had no knowledge of the location of my order or when it would be delivered. The representative made me believe justify this is the normal time frame for deliveries. Not being convinced with her explanation I spoke to a manager. The manager was unable to provide any specifics about my order. Even when I told the manager that the tracking said the sweats would be delivered to me by Friday, October 18th, she was unable to confirm the information. The manager mentioned having issues with FedEx in the past, and I questioned why continue to use them.
I was told I couldn't cancel my order cause it had already shipped (really!!!). The manager credited my account $7.00 and couldnt tell me anything else. So now it is October 16th and I have not received the shipment, an update from Puma or Fedex.
Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything else from your company. And I will also be contacting BBB.
Thank you for your quick response. This experience with Puma has been horrible. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, in addition to writing a review on social media outlets.
The delivery has taken approximately 2 weeks. Everyday my 14 year old brother-in-law inquires about the sweats and each time I have to tell him they haven't arrived.
In Pumas website it implies that Puma is the fastest, but that is far from

I would give them zero stars if I could...

"I would give them zero stars if I could. I bought a pair of Block Trim sneakers online, and instead of shipping to the address I entered, they dropped off the shoes THREE WEEKS LATER at a post office that's a 10mins drive away. I mean, there's a post office near my house if they can't manage to ship it to the address I provided.

The shoes were advertised as 70USD, but came out to be over 120 after duties. On top of this, their shoes run half a size larger.

I ordered in my usual size...found out it didn't fit, and wanted to exchange it. And of course, they LEAVE OUT on their website that the won't pay for return shipping for Canadian customers. So essentially, Puma expects the CUSTOMER to PAY for their problematic products. If I have to PAY to return a product, I am spending money for nothing...not to mention, I'm buying myself the hassle of driving to the post office twice. As if I didn't pay for shipping and duties the first time. Save your time and money and do not order at Puma.

Puma - not trustworthy

"I ordered 2 jogger pants from puma and…
I ordered 2 jogger pants from puma and had both returned to puma due to the delay in shipping. The items arrived 10 days after placing when I was promised 2 days expedited shipping. It’s almost 2 months since I returned both joggers to PUMA but have received a refund for only jogger pant. I have contacted PUMA on several occasions for my refund but to no avail. PUMA is ripping me off and I believe I might not be the only person. People out there be aware of online PUMA stores, they are “THIEVES”.

"PUMA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I…
PUMA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN 21ST CENTURY. PERIOD. I will never again buy anything from them. 1 month to get refund? No cancelation on the purchased item? No possibility to send the package on a different address before it was processed? This is the worst company I have ever purchased something from.
