Do not order from Puma.com online store!

I placed an order from Puma.com on the 28/06/2018, Items were on sale! Informed Puma via email on 16/07/2018 that the order had not been received. Response 3 days later to tell me they are looking into it and will contact me. 08/08/2018 no contact from Puma, another email sent. 17/08/2018 Still no response from Puma, so I called there Customer Services and I was informed that I would not be receiving the goods that I ordered and they would refund my money. I asked for the order to be fulfilled ( all items still in stock). Puma refused.
If you expect any customer service do not use this Company.
Amazing how quick company's take you're money but when they muck up, the answer is tough, we don't care.

I ordered they canceled my order and lied about sending cancelation statement

"I ordered a bmw motorsport suit from puma and they canceled my order twice. Now when i went to figure out why they told me it was a system failure on there behalf, thats one. Two i spoke with representatives two days in a row in attemps to have them fax a cancelation statement to my bank so they could release the pending funds, after 36 hours (this proccess takes 24-48 hours) my bank assures me they havent receieved a single fax or statement from puma at all (on the phone i was assured these fax were sent and processing) do not purchase from puma unless you feel like waisting time and having your funds held."

HORRIBLE RETURN PROCESS! Should be 0 stars

"I order 3 skorts from Puma online. On July 2, 2018 I mailed them back via Fed Ex using the Puma provided label. The items were received by Puma on July 10, 2018. I never received notification that the items had been received. About 7/13 I contacted Puma via online chat to inquire if items received and when my refund would be processed. That was when the rudeness and horrible customer service started. Each time I talked to them I was given a different time frame of return. The first person told me 3-5 business days. So after that period I chatted again then I was told up to 10 business days. I got scripted responses from each person with no reason for why it takes so long. I was told items had to go through "inspection" process. Two of the items were in the sealed bags that Puma put them in and one had been tried on but was put in the original bag with the tags on!

I finally reached the 10th day today and did another chat asking where my refund was. It was processed (supposedly) and I was told technically they had until the end of today to process it! Seriously! Very rude customer service! I was told I'd receive a confirmation email stating my full refund was being processed. 24 hours will tell.

Never again will I order from Puma and I suggest anyone who is considering ordering read carefully about a return. I don't have a store near me or I would have taken items there. For a US based company to take this long to process a return is inexcusable. I will happily pay more and order from reputable companies that care about their customers. STAY AWAY!!!

Started off badly, but the ending was awsome.

"Mrs. Tiana, the customer service manager saved my life. I placed an order on 5-19-18, only to find out on the 21st, my order was cancelled. Not to mention that it was for my birthday gathering 6-6-2018. I called customer service this morning and I received the best service ever. I reorder my items with Ms. Tiana on hold and she asked for the confirmation number. She then went the extra mile. She credit the overnight and taxes back to my card, which is more than I could have asked for. So now let's just cross our fingers that my items get to me in time. "

Don’t shop @ Puma.com and be aware of PayPal. Com

"I know now not to purchase from puma.com. Puma failed to give me my refund, giving me the runaround instead. Paid thru PayPal.com and now PayPal is giving me the runaround too. Penning a complaint today to my State Consumer Protection Agency. Time to involve the government. If you have an issue with either puma or PayPal, I advise you to submit a complaint with your consumer protection agency also. Power in numbers."

DO NOT SHOP PUMA STORE

"Customer service openly doesn't care. If you shop with them and contact customer service for any reason. Not only will you get absolutely no help on the matter, but the representatives will give you the most patronizing, obviously fake apologies. Whilst still asking you to continue being their "loyal customer". And don't bother wasting your time typing out any specifics about your concerns because I know for a fact, they do not read what you have to say. "

Do not shop a t PUMA online

"Do not buy so much a a pair of socks from this company. I ordered three pairs of shoes which never were sent. That didn't stop them from accepting the payment. After a month I called them. They said they would refund me. a few weeks later I called back. they said I just have to wait a bit longer. I continued to called once every few weeks and got the same answer until one day, a few months later,they just said, it was too long ago the transaction is not on our record sorry, bye. We'll offer you a discount on your next purchase. Which I didn't accept because they already stole $200 from me and I would rather not have them steal anymore. I just cant a believe a multi billion dollar company needs to rip people off for a couple hundred bucks. I've read other people's reviews this happens pretty often. By the way I've bought shoes on footlocker and converse's online stores. the delivery and product are both excellent. Never buying Pumas again."

TERRIBLE

"This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I placed my order on 11/14, it was supposed to be delivered on 11/22 but never arrived. I contacted Puma and they were no help. After speaking to 4 representatives, they finally said they would reship my order. After a week, I called for the tracking information on my reship and then was told that it would take up to 4 weeks. So I was patient, after 4 weeks I called AGAIN and was then told there was an error with my reship and that they fixed it and sent it out overnight shipping. When it did not arrive, I called again to check the status and was told it did not ship because the error wasn't fixed and one item was out of stock. I was frustrated so I asked for a refund. It has been over a week and I still have not received a refund or an email saying that it was processed and the order status online has not changed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOP HERE! "

"I bought some fenty boots from them which are EXPENSIVE AF and when I got them the sole was unattached from the gum. I returned them quick and I still haven’t got my money back it’s been 3 1/2 weeks. They stopped responding to my emails after I sent them my tracking number which they asked for. Been ignoring 4 of my messaged now. I will never recommend puma to anyone ever. I love Rihanna with all my heart but forreal puma customer service is TRASH "

NEVER PURCHASE!!

"Puma.com is a dirty business! I had ordered 2 of the same shirts in different colors and they were both to big. After mailing them back on August 18, 2017, and 20-30 phone calls I’ve still not received my money back! The last time I had contacted them November 3, they said too much time has gone by for them to even do anything now! Never again! BEWARE!"

PUMA NIGHTMARE!! BEWARE

"Spent over $150 only to receive the wrong sneakers received my return on 10/12/2017 and still have not gotten a credit posted to my VISA account. I will never purchase a Puma product again!!

$400 stolen from me by PUMA

"PUMA sent me the wrong item. I returned it with all tags attached in all original packaging. I called customer service 4 times over a 2 month period and have been told numerous conflicting stories about my return. I have been promised a refund 4 times and still have not received it.

Moreover, when I filed a chargeback with my credit card issuer, PUMA actually fought the chargeback even though they had received my return through the use of their own shipping label showing tracking information!

PUMA uses FEDEX SMARTPOST for returns. I was told by a FEDEX agent that these labels NEVER show complete tracking because the shipments are done in bulk and individual packages are NOT scanned on delivery.

PUMA responded to my card issuer by LYING about the transaction - now I don't have the merchandise OR my money back.

I will never trust this company again.
