Terrible service and product!

"This company is all lies!! Super unhelpful and their product they sent me has never worked not even for a day! I have had a bike for 3 months now that will not startup. To return it they want me to pay them $250 and also have to take time off work to schedule the pickup. I have spent three months corresponding and getting the run around. They sent me parts I didn’t need. A technician that was at my house for 5 minutes and diagnosed the problem incorrectly (I had to take off work for this). They have stated 3 different dates as to when I will receive a new screen. Those updates were only given after I asked and after being promised that the product was in stock and would be here in 3 days only to find out it would be a month. I am done and I promise to make sure everyone I know never buys from this company. I have already blocked three sales in the last 2 months from friends and family and I will continue until they can at least act for two seconds like this is their problem and not mine. I paid for the bike. I held up my end of the deal. Now it’s time they come through on their side."

Horrible Customer Service

"Purchased an Elliptical in December and once assembled found it to have an issue with the roller/pedal arm. Submitted a request through the support portal for assistance on December 20th and it is now January 19th and there still has been no resolution or guidance, only additional requests for more videos/photos. I called the customer service line to speak with a representative and waited for over an hour to try before giving up. We plan to return the elliptical, which is a shame because it seems sturdy piece of equipment, but this company's customer service is just not worse the hassle. I DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company."

Worst experience

"Wish I could give them -10 than one star. they have the worst customer service. We have bought our 2nd elliptical machine about a year ago, six months later it started making horrible loud noises, took me over three months until I got the first set of parts based on a recording they requested, month and half later a technician comes only to tell me it was the wrong part, two more months has passed got the new parts and still waiting for a technician's call to schedule appointment. Customer service is horrible and chain of command is disaster to get any answer from them. my machine is out warranty now, and they extended for three months, but I doubt it if it gets repaired by then. I emailed their legal department, emailed was not delivered, was given an email address that is not working anymore. I had a supervisor Cameron to follow up on my case but get no respond or help. NordicTrack is not what it used to be, I do not recommend this company at all, waste of $3000+"

The worst of the worst

"
I ordered an Incline trainer x22i with white glove delivery from Nordic track.
The machine was defective, never worked and the delivery team refused to take it back, they said that I need to call Nordic track and they will sent the pick up team.
I did not know that I will deal with Icon Health and Fitness Billing and Return Department, the worst customer service you can image: unprofessional, non reliable, lying and not getting back to you, asking for additional charges for pick up and to have the 320 lbs machine (white glove delivered and ensemble) outside at the time of the pick up which will be after at least 6 weeks... I will receive the refund after at least 4 more weeks after the machine was pick up..

Don't buy this product if you want any help with it.

"I bought the Weider 200# dumbbells and rack set from Walmart. The weights are great but the rack is impossible to get together. The box it comes in shows 3 bolts on the bottom through the plate to connect the top bars and the top bar and bottom bar flush against each other. Not one piece that I have has 3 holes to match the 3 bolt plate and the pix on the box. The angle makes them not match flush like the photo. The instructions are awful and again do not match what I received. I reached out to Weider who then sends you to Icon Health and Fitness who is NO help whatsoever. I asked for instructions and sent photos showing how the instructions and box photo don't match the parts I got and the only reply I received was, "Did you register it?? I can't as I have no idea what the serial number and model number are. I didn't keep the box as I didn't think I would need to register it. I also don't see what a registration has to do with giving me instructions for a product you sell to match the product itself. I would not recommend purchasing this unless you are OK buying a new rack or leaving your weights on the floor."

DO NOT BUY

"Do not buy their products. I waited 2.5 months for my treadmill to arrive and it did not work upon assembly. Customer service sent me a new piece that I had to replace and the machine started up and was working. A half mile into my first workout the machine failed. I rebooted it and started running again and about another half mile in it crashed again. Customer service will charge you 10% restocking fee plus $250 for the pickup of their faulty equipment. Buy from a more reputable company. Customer service has been contact 7 times and has yet to help in my situation. All but one of my emails has gone ignored. Please consider purchasing from another brand that isn't run by Iconfitness. I am paying them $400 to take back my equipment that has a mile worth of use. "

Be careful with financing

"I ordered a Nordic track SE7I Elliptical and did the financing online. I agreed to the monthly payments. A few days later I received a denial letter from td bank that I was not approved for financing. I moved on from this and went to Dicks and purchased a Horizon Elliptical. 4 weeks later I get a text stating my Nordic track has been shipped! Ummmm, what? Apparently another finance company picked up my loan. I was never contacted that this was going to even happen! Now I have a Nordic track being delivered when I already have a elliptical. I had to get ahold of Icon fitness to stop my delivery and now stuck with a $350 bill for sending a product back. My fault for not reading the fine print (I guess), but would have been nice to know that I was approved for and when I would be getting my product!"

Beware don't buy!

"The worst customer service I have experienced. I purchased a Tour De France exercise bike. At the end of November. I received the bike in December. Once it was asymboled I discovered that the Cadence and Watts measures or meters were not working. One the bike there is a tech support request notification through IFit. I went through about two week of describing the problem to be told it was not an IFit problem. I attempted to find the Tesch support or customer service number for iconFitness. No one answered so I gon on Twitter and and began communicating through tech support/. This took another two of me send pictures and video with no responses. After a month I finally received a number to call via a tech support. Through this phone call, they have me go through a web portal on my phone which they observe, take picture or video. I was finally set a Tech person who replace a circuit board. However, this did not fix the problem the Watts and Cadence still did not work. I learned then that inconFitness will not replace a bike until a part that can be replaced are replaced and if it doesn't work then they replace the bike. They sent me a new display and this did not work. Then last step was to send me all part that could be replaced and another tech to complete the replacement. This process took five months. The last Tech came and discovered that there was a manufacturing defect and the bike would never work and recommended a replacement. I waited for them to call or email. Finally after two week I called and they sent me a new bike. First off it when the brand new bike didn't work it should have been replaced. However, due to their policy on how they do return it could not be replaced until they exhausted every means to fix this bike. In the meantime I could not use my IFIT subscription. The solution once I complained was to give me another year subscription. I don't know if I am the only one who has had this experience but it seem ridiculous to have to go through a five month process to get a product to work or a working product. I had to make numerous calls and withstand hours on hold just to get what I paid for. So, if you are considering this product my two cents are if I KNEW THIS BEFORE HAND I WOULD NOT HAVE MADE THE PURCHASE. I would have purchased a different product from another company."

BEWARE.....DON'T DO IT

"ICON IS THE WORST PERIOD. BEWARE....I should have listened to the reviews and not purchased the NordicTrack Commercial 2450. I had the treadmill delivered at end of July and haven't been able to use it EVER. I had the white glove service in which they assembled it for me. The treadmill was off from the start. The top portion containing the screen seemed to be crooked so I contacted them and we trouble shooted only for them to send me a side bar which did not resolve the issue.
I had issues with the base making noises when i would step/run on it which was not normal. I again had to call and troubleshoot, in which they refuse to have a technician come out to assist.

I decided to return treadmill due to the above and difficulty actually getting a hold of anyone there. The folks I spoke to lacked any type of empathy and did not want to really assist me.

So to have a treadmill that was never fully functional from being delivered and assembled, I now have to pay the white glove service of $250 and now another $250 for the return. I basically threw $500 dollars in the garbage along with my time calling and talking to them.

stay away from anything manufactured by ICON

"I am extremely upset. this bike had defects from when it was manufactured at ICON. from the start it had issues, the handlebars won't lock, there is a click when riding and the area where you put the plug into the bike is broken. I sent videos and have talked to 7 icon fitness people. Parts were shipped and I have had them for three weeks. Tech won't call back and I am told Tech is the only tech in the area. Management won't call me back. I am going to every review site to complain. I spent over $2K on bike with over $700 of it being warranties and I can't even get the bike to be like new when it should be new. I have never seen such bad customer service in my life. I want to return it or get a refund or exchange it for a new bike but I can't even get the upper management to call me back."

"Bought a treadmill. Delivery is 3 days late. Still hasn't been delivered. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Customer service said they can't help. Hung up on me. Never buy from this company"

"I bought a NordicTrack Elite 9700 Pro and had it for 2 months then the console went out and I have been out of a treadmill for 2 months! Customer Service is terrible. I would never recommend a NordicTrack to anyone ever again. Only After I have pushed and pushed for support have they now put it in under product resolution. Really after 40 plus days, PATHETIC!"
