"I purchased this holder and my phone only fits if I take the Otterbox cover off. The side arms don't extend enough to allow my phone to fit. This is an inferior product and was not worth the astronomical cost that I paid. Why can't those arms expand to allow an iPhone to fit with its protective cover? I could have purchased something at 1/3 of the cost that would have done the job, but I choose you and that was my biggest mistake. Terrible product! I contacted your customer service department and they told me to loosen the two center screw and that it should accommodate the Otterbox. I loosened the screws and pushed the arms out and it only opened up a fraction more. This product epitomizes the word "Crap". "
