Misleading

"This site try to make you think that they are in Australia but they are not. They advertise products to be in stock and delivered within 24h but what they don’t say is that in reality products come from the UK and that you have to pay taxes and duties on top of the advertised price. I have to pay almost $400 of taxes and duties to get my wheelset released from customs and delivered to me. When contacted the company said that the taxes and duties issue was mentioned on their website, but they have a .com.au site and to find the taxes and duties statement are hidden from you behind a click button in order to mislead you.
Really really disappointing.

Just terrible

"I have waited weeks for my delivery and they do very little to sort it out. They seems to use a delivery company, who are also terrible, who then contracts out to other couriers, so there's no way of contacting the courier directly. Supposedly my delivery has been with the courier for two weeks and out for delivery for days, and all I get is 'it's coming soon. Find someone else to buy from. "

Avoid - Cannot be Trusted

"My item never arrived, and after numerous contacts with customer service over 6 weeks, I asked for a refund, which I was promised, but have not seen yet (14 days now). I've filed a claim with my credit card issuer. This outfit appears to be a scam. I'd purchased from them 8 years ago and everything was fine, but now I wish I'd read the reviews before this most recent purchase."

Never arrived

"I ordered two items from PBK. A bike case and an accessory for the case. The acc shipped in 4 days. No issue arrived. The case was delayed for a week, then said it shipped. I then looked at tracking and no record found. I notified them multiple times asking for help. Each time they said it had shipped, looking into it... escalating.. they would get back to me. After a month I gave up. I told them I was turning it over to the credit card company, they said not do to it give them 2 days and they would get back to me. I did.. no reply in 4 days. I cancelled with credit card. I could not cancel with them directly since there system still shows it shipped. This was a Christmas present so very disappointed with them. Never have given a poor review . I kept the accessory even though I can not use it. Too much trouble sending back a $30 item or even trying to get a refund. A real email or a call or something and I would have been happy. Just.. I am sorry and let us know if we can do anything else.. is not helpful."

Carbon wheels gone bad. Lousy customer service followed by not good service in the first place.

"Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys.
Year ago bought a set of carbon road bike wheels Fulcrum 55 wind. The price was listed in $CAD around $1000, but they charged me $USD exchange. So extra some 400 bucks. Tried to cancel the order the next day but only received a response that it was too late (?!)
Now the wheels bearings, both front and rear are failing - after one summer of riding ?!. Try to get the response to my question about the warranty.... ha! They claim they sent the response to my account, but actually the account they say - it does not exist. I have checked my account for any mail or responses. Nothin there.

No more of this BS.

TERRIBLE Customer Service - Don't Stand Behind Their Products!

"I had a product warranty issue where my back rack pack broke within warranty. Sent in the pictures, receipt and was told a refund would be sent to me. Its now 30 chat messages and counting and still no refund to date. They apologize over and over and yet NO REFUND in over 6 MONTHS. This company is full of sh#t...trust me on this folks, stay away, far away!"

AVOID

"I ordered and they never sent my product. The only way I could reach then was through Facebook and anytime I asked questions they would respond with the same message. It seemed more like artificial intelligence was replying rather than an actual person. ProBikeKit is a terrible company, if they're a company at all. Maybe ProBikeKit is a scamming group. I guess I'll never know. I want my money back."

Avoid ordering from PBK

"My experience with Probikekit starts on 25th of August 2021. I've ordered using their website probikekit.ae, which is you would assume designed for customers in the UAE. The date of delivery was mentioned 8th of September today. Probikekit (PBK) ran a promotion that if you purchase merchandise of approx. 180 $, delivery would be free and the customer can track it. They used for my order DPD as a delivery partner, which returned my parcel back to PBK after 10 days. During this total confusion period I contacted PBK to learn what is the status of my delivery and only then they realized my delivery was sent back. They mentioned casually it was an error and if I would like a refund. I asked if PBK does not deliver to UAE and never got a reply. On September 6th a PBK representative asked if I want my refund (despite me already choosing that option) or a replacement, despite never being told if the merchandised ordered is not available. I was told the courier mistake was the reason for the order not to be dispatched.
On September 7th I received a confirmation that I canceled my order and now I am really worried I might not be able to recover the paid amount.
I would never recommend anyone ordering from this website.

Terrible Shipping + Customer Service Experience

"The product I purchased was received in a heavily damaged shipping container, so I requested a return. In order to return the product, ProbikeKit requires the use of FedEx international shipping. Unfortunately, after 2 months of back and forth, they have failed to provide me with a shipping label to return the product.
They repeatedly schedule a pickup with FedEx, but do not successfully provide the shipping label, requiring me to turn FedEx away when they arrive.

Worse off, they currently do not have a live chat or the ability to speak to a customer service representative. As a result, emailing through the difference in time zones often creates a significant delay in response time, increasing the difficulty.

Overall the customer service experience of ProBikeKit has been incredibly frustrating. I will not be purchasing from them again.

The worst UK online service

"Stay away from it they charge you extra for next day delivery as the courier theyvis is unreliable the parcel arrives one week after when you try to contact them is near to impossible all turns in to a saga of mails and they take no responsibility what so ever for the wrong doings they also when you manage to get them on the chat they continue to give you excuses and block your account for any further contact I spend £200 on a bicycle travel case enquire if this was possible they assure me it will arrived on time my flight was due and the travel case nowhere to be seen it arrived a week and two days after de purchase day. I contacted them to cancel and they were unhelpful and useless the delivery company left the parcel at the entrance of the door wasn't even handle to the right flat no I'm abroad and they demand for some one to wait all day indoors so they can collect I parcel when I repeatedly said I'm abroad "

Only excuses

"12 open days since I ordered a watch , not even shipped yet … only excuses , 4 different people asking me for the 3rd time my order # , mail and all that security questions bla bla bla … take 1 of the guys on the chat and put him in the shipping team damn … what a crappy company "
