"I purchased a 2024 Toyota Corolla SE Hatchback in early February. In the “deal”, I payed for aftermarket wheels. I was told that they could get them in about a week. That week turned into a month and a half. When they finally came in, I brought my car in to have the wheels installed. Easy job, right? I waited 3 hours and when they brought my car out, the wheels were not on due to lack of communication and direction. Instead they rotated my tires and completed a 5000 mile Complimentary Service. My car had 500 miles on it. It’s been a total of 4 hours and I’m still sitting in the waiting lobby. "
