"I was looking for new floor mats for my 2011 Rav4 and found them online at Priority Chesapeake. I did a pickup but arrived minutes before closing and was greeted by the nicest associate who informed about the hours for the parts department but took the time to get my information and offered to contact the parts department in the morning and have them call me and she could hold the items for me if I couldn't make it in time. She went above and beyond even though she was literally on her way out the door to go home!! I appreciate her kindness/caring and unfortunately didn't get her name. Everyone I encountered at Priority was extremely friendly and seemed very happy to be at work... BTW the facility is amazing!! In the small amount of time I spent just picking up my order from the parts department (which were super awesome as well).. I found myself wanting to stay and work there as well!! Keep doing what you're doing!! It's incredible and thank you!!"
