Item was listed at a LOW Price. Inventory was "positive" on website.

However, Seller Cancelled order without explanation, refusing to honor sale price (now has my visa info and didn't complete transaction).

Credit Card was Charged (and later refunded).

"The order took a week to be shipped. The wrong part came in. I called and I was told the right part would be shipped the next day. Its two weeks later and I still don't have the part. No response to email. I am not real happy with this company."

"Item ordered 2/7/07. I contacted them on 2/13/07 to request shipping info. They sent me an email that said item was shipped via Fed Ex on 2/7/07 which was impossible as the order date and time was the same as the shipping date and time, exactly. The Fed Ex website didn't recognize the tracking number they gave me on 2/13. The item arrived on 2/14 via UPS. It was the correct item.

However, the shipping cost of $12.95 was high for an item that weighed 1 pound and they said it was shipped via Fed Ex but came via UPS. Be careful with this company as their shipping department is terrible.

"Priority Computers is the company which has no concern for its customers. For any problem that the customer has, the best solution they can provide is "Do you want to cancel the order?", and these words are not from representatives but from the owner of the company.

I had ordered a pair of hinges for my IBM laptop.
I clearly specified the hinge number to be "04P3169". However, they sent me the wrong hinge pair. I spoke with customer service and they said they will look into the right pair of hinges and will inform me by email. It was good so far. For 2 days I got not email. I called them up and they said it was shipped, however there was no tracking available (I had ordered 2 day shipping). How can an order be shipped with no tracking? So basically they lied to me.
Then I called the next day again to know for a tracking, and supposedly the company's owner answered. All her response was "Tracking is not available. Do you want to cancel the order? I cant keep tracking information for all customers. That is not the best use of her time."

Not satisfying you customers and attempting to run a business. It would be better if she devots her time somewhere else.

"We ordered a hard drive, and they sent us a susbitute drive (different brand even) that had different connectors. We were told you had to remove a tray and swap out connectors to get it to fit. To top it off, their customer service reps were rude about it. They should have checked with us first to get approval to send us a part that was different enough from what we ordered that you had to do so much to it."

"I ordered a Canon A700 Digital camera on 7/29. On 7/31 I received an email stating that my order was cancelled (but my card had been charged, of course). Four minutes later, I receive another email stating that it was cancelled because the product was discontinued. See below:
"Unfortunately we had to cancel your order for A700 camera - prod.
discontinued."
This struck me odd, since it's a NEW product from Canon. I emailed them back and asked how that could be, but I still have yet to receive a response (today is 8/2/06).
On the plus side, my credit card was credited the full amount yesterday afternoon, about 24 hours after I received my original cancellation email.

"I ordered an X1800XL brand new from Priority Computer Parts on July 2nd around 12:30AM early Saturday morning. It was a holiday weekend, so I gave it some time, but by Wednesday I had no update to my order.

I called and talked to a lady who said that my order was being packaged and would be shipped out the next day. The next day rolled around and I had no update on my order, but I continued to wait.

By Monday, 8 days later, I decided to inquire again via their live help. I was told that the vendor canceled shipment of the item to Priority, and that I would be forwarded to accounting and issued a refund.

I can't really say that I'm pleased with the complete lack of updates. I had to go out and find out what was happening with my order to get any information. Granted, their reps were at least easy to reach, polite, and generally helpful, but that doesn't completely excuse an absence of communication regarding my order. I'm left with a mixed feeling about my experience here.

The price was good, the website is easy to use, and if updates were provided, they'd be easy to check. I may or may not try this place again.

Got my full refund today. I think that was less than two business days. I am EXTREMELY impressed by this! Way to be on the ball Priority!

"I ordered an inverter that was very hard to find and I needed it expideted. I was pleased with how fast I received the part and the customer service I received on the phone. It turned out that the inverter was not the problem, so I had to return the product. It was probably the easiest return I have ever done. I will definately buy from this vendor again."

"I emailed customer service about the availability of a replacement laptop keyboard and was told to allow a 5-day lead time. "I purchased a somewhat obscure hard drive and realised that I'd ordered an incompatible model before they'd shipped it. Despite a flurry of emails, they did not respond to my requests to halt shipment and supply an alternative part or a credit, or provide an RA number once they had shipped it. Since our original communication I haven't heard from them at all. I think it will be easier to try to sell the drive on eBay than return it for a refund."

"Ordered a part on there site. Charges my card same day, got the part the next day. So far so good. The part I got was not what was listed on the site and what was ordered. Called, they wanted me to purchase it again and charge my card instead of them sending me the correct part. They said they had to wait until the wrong part was returned.
