"I ordered a floppy drive #MF355F-2592MA. The shipment arrived, I opened it and the part number on the packing slip and on the static bag containing the drive were correct. However, the part inside was totally different, #MF355F-498UC and is not a substitution for the part ordered.

I called the company and left a message on their machine. I also emailed twice notifying them of their error and requesting an RA number so I can return the part. I received no response by phone or email yet their web site states they “normally” reply to phone and email with 24 hours.

" I ordered a keyboard for my IBM laptop. They were prompt to charge my credit card, but that was all the response I received. Nothing was ever shipped and none of my email was answered. My bank was notified of the problem and after 30 days they have not gotten back to the bank either. I would strong discrouge anyone from doing business with this dot bomb."

"I ordered a part listed as available by this reseller on 12/16/2003. I received a confirmation of my order immediately and my credit card was charged the full amount. After about 10 days, I inquired about the status of my order and was informed it was on backorder. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund on my credit card. That was approximately 10 days ago. I have not received a refund and I have received no response to 2 subsequent emails. I will dispute this charge and I would advise everyone to beware of this merchant. "

"Waited over 3 weeks for a special-order power supply. This isn't too bad except when I finally got the part, it wasn't what I ordered. It took them some time to straighten things out, but I finally got the part I ordered and all's well. In summary, my biggest complaint with this place is that didn't respond to email requests."

"On November 24th I placed an order for a floppy drive for my notebook and a PCMCIA modem card.

The price I paid for the modem should have included a dongle. There was no indication that id did not include a dongle, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it.

The floppy drive that was shipped was satisfactory, in spite of having the face plate being broken, I didn't need it as I re-used the face plate that was already on my notebook.

After recieving my order I e-mailed the company 3 times asking them to send me a dongle (in addition to a manual and driver -- both of which I found on-line at a seperate website)

Prior to my order I performed a quick research on resellerratings.com among a few other rating sites, what I found was very little, but all positive reviews (a total of two), so I assumed that they were a relatively new company and gave them the benefit of the doubt.

My primary complaint is that they do not respond to e-mails, nor address the issue at hand.

Enclosed is a copy of all of my correspondance with the company.

To Whom It May Concern:

I have requested that you contact me 2x before on your error in failing to
include the dongle with the modem you sent me, similar modems without
dongle's can be found for 1/3 to 1/4 the price. If I don't hear from you by
Thursday close of buisness, I will be posting my negative review on
www.resellerratings.com and other rating sites including the defect on the
floppy drive (broken plastic face which I didn't need anyways).
