"*Warning they auto-enhance images*. This may be fine for family photos but is not good if you want professional looking nature shots. I had several cards made (144) of flowers to give as gifts and because it takes them 2 weeks I don't have time to have them reprinted. The light orange flower ended up being dark orange, in fact all of the colors were off, the greens were an unnatural green and a lot of detail was lost due to the high contrast. I recognize the auto-enhance effect from chain stores. Photos looked much better on my home Cannon printer, unfortunately I have not learned how to print cards yet. Walmart cards had better color when leaving off auto-enhance unfortunately they don't clean their printer heads so card done there had ink spots inside. I gave Printer Studio 2 stars because the card stock is good , the price was right on the black Friday sale and they did arrive. However, I was very upset that they messed with the color and contrast without warning so I will not use them again. "

"I recently ordered a 285-piece puzzle (16.5" x 12"), lenticular bookmark, and photo book for a total of $30 ($35 - $5 using one of their coupon codes). For the price I paid, considering that some other sites charge $30 just for a puzzle of the same size, I am happy with the products.

That being said, I noticed that for all of the products, the pictures I had uploaded all came out slightly darker than expected. For example, in the puzzle, a dark shirt with clearly visible folds and creases ended up nearly completely black. So whereas originally I expected to be able to piece together that section using the shirt folds as helpers, I had to piece together a bunch of black pieces.

The puzzle material itself was of good quality: very glossy/slippery surface, clean cuts with no furry fringes, and hard pieces. I particularly appreciated the fact that the pieces appeared to all be slightly different in shape, unlike puzzles with uniform pieces throughout. However, the thickness of the pieces did seem a bit on the thin side, though this was counterbalanced by their hardness. Additionally, the pieces did not fit very tightly: it was extremely easy to assemble pieces together or separate them. Not really an issue for me personally.

The bookmark was printed ever so slightly off-center - I could tell because I had carefully designed it to be perfectly centered in Photoshop. Viewing the image transition effect seemed to be better at specific angles to light sources, though perhaps this is typical of lenticular images (I don't have much experience with them). For example, in some lighting, it was impossible to fully see only one of the images, but in other lighting, it was much better.

The photo book's pages were printed on thick, smooth paper, which I was very pleased with. I got the blue linen cover, which was tightly assembled without any fraying or stray pieces of material as I had feared.

I also want to mention the customer service: originally, the shipping estimate date was given to be about 3 days before I needed the products. However, once the products had left production, I received an email saying it would take longer - past the date that I needed them. I emailed customer service, was upgraded to 2-4 day shipping within four hours, and received the package earlier than the original shipping estimate.

"I purchased from this company two times. The first order came as ordered, the second order was miss printed . The photo had a huge white stripe down the right side, that was not shown in the preview I created. (Why would I order it if that was in the preview?) They refused to let me return the order. Before you spend your money on a product, you might want to consider that you are 100% out your money if they mess it up. (They claimed this line was in my preview!) "
