Horrible

"Tried to get customer cards as a Christmas gift for my friend. The cropping is horrible to figure out. The delivery fee is unmentioned and exactly half the price of what you buy (over double if you want a delivery time under 19-29 days). They take ages to reply to emails. They don't offer refunds or cancellations. Their staff give slight attitude. Horrible. "

Poor customer service

"PrinterStudio’s website has been down for over a week. They are providing ZERO customer support during this time. They are refusing to respond to messages. When they do respond to a few Facebook post they say the same thing “we are working around the clock and it should be up in a few days” it’s been a few days A WEEK AGO! I have sent them my confirmation number asking for an update with zero response. Would not recommend "

Extremely Rude Customer service and false claims of copyright

"Extremely Disappointed with the level of customer service me and my partner received tonight, previously purchased this order with different art used for the custom cards. After the first purchase there were no problems and led to the cards being printed and sent to us, however upon purchasing and ordering the same product with different art a second time, the SAME product was rejected for "copyright" issues, however there were no copyright issues of said product before and the cards have not been altered apart from the art. The service we received from Chelsea was an extremely rude service at that, The service provided involved in what i feel like was a targeted investigation for me and my partner which was then referenced through google back to us. Chelsea decided to take it up on herself and check the product i CREATED from scratch. She checked said product through a series of other FAN MADE PRODUCTS which i don't believe she was aware of but none the less did it all the same followed with snotty comments by telling us that it was copyright due to her seeing several images which was actually done by fans that are trying to keep an out of print game alive. The said "assistant" did not even offer a refund but rather i requested one after the said cards were modified TWICE to suit her needs which again was rejected, this is an extremely lengthy process for graphic design and she did not take that into consideration! I will never buy from this site again and i advise others to do the same otherwise they might be asking if your children's photographs come with a letter of authorization."

Extremely Pleased!

"After I ordered custom playing cards I went online to check ratings and felt uncomfortable that I may have made a mistake. However, the order came back with an acknowledgement right away. The next day I received a tracking number with an expected ship date about 2 weeks out. My order consisted of a new game that had (4) 108 cards each, multi-colored, and individual front on every card. I actually received the completed order in one week! Great color printing. As far as I am concerned they deserve an A+ on this order. I recommend them and I will be ordering again."

Excellent

"Created a custom deck of cards. Print quality was fantastic, far better than I expected and the deck arrived almost a week sooner than they estimated. Also, I believe I may have messed up the box design alignment but someone there must have noticed and corrected it without even mentioning it. Would definitely recommend."

"I order some drinking glasses for my family for Christmas. Each person had their name and picture on the glass. They loved the gift. I was afraid it wasn't going to be ready by Christmas it arrived earlier than they said it would. Great quality work. I will use this company again in the future.

*Update*
After a long chat with there customer service they finally have a good working discount code. And got an even a sweeter discount :D
It took more then a week to get through and them understanding.
Still service could do better ...now hoping the delivery time will be as stated.
I'm still blocked on there page though so not able to add on my message.

False advertisment since they do not offer 15 procent off just a max of 20 dollar discount wich should be 40 dollars in what I wanted to order
Been chatting with there customer service wihich was a huge waiste of time stating things that are not even disclosed in the terms and conditions.
Than suggested to split the order in half and make 2 orders...
Which is totally useless since now you will have to pay twice for delivery cost so still no discount as advertised.
After explaining that to them.
He suggested to wait until december for a different sale deal.
Why would i do that for another false advertisment??

NO I DO NOT recommend doing business with PrinterStudio

If there is a developher you want something from do business with them directly

probably that is the reason they only score a 2.1 out a 5 on #google review
And a 4.8 out of 10 on #resellerrating

Great customer service!

" I ordered 200 magnet Save The Dates, although it did take over a month to be delivered due to slow postal service, once I received them I couldn't be happier with the quality of the products. Terrible Quality

"I ordered custom ornaments with high quality professional photos and they came out as if it was copied. I can see the printing lines of where the printer heads move back and forth. I can also see air bubbles under the acrylic. They display these high quality ornaments on their website but have no follow up on their word "Every package leaving our facility is carefully inspected and we guarantee our personalized products to be free of defects and manufacturing errors." - https://www.printerstudio.com/guarantee.aspx
They are giving me the hardest time to get a refund for the **** product. I sent multiple high resolution images to the company showing the ornaments and they told me to peel off the plastic. The plastic has been off since I opened the item. Goes to show that even they think something is over it for the **** quality.
I would never waste your time with this company.

"I tried customizing a key chain but the website was so horrible I had to quit. I actually thought it was going to crash. Wouldn't let me write any text on it the key chain I was trying to customize, wouldn't let me click on anything in the check out, wouldn't let me check out with a debit card, it was trying to make me use PayPal. Trust me, these technical difficulties aren't a user error. I'm in my 20's and have a new computer. I'll go somewhere else for my customization-needs, thanks."

poor quality and poor return policy

"Our Christmas ornament arrived partially delaminated. The cust svc was responsive, but after several emails only offered a small 20% credit or to have me go through the trouble of returning. Why return something that they could not possibly use? Clearly they prefer to impose the hassle of a return rather than being a good company. Go elsewhere. There are a hundred other companies who are providing the same thing."

Operating out of China. Awful customer service! Stay Away.

"I've been a customer for quite some time. Here are my two cents:

PROS:
- Product quality and including color reproduction are good.
- Relatively quick turaround.

CONS:
- Prices subject to change dramatically (a 5x8 pouch a few weeks ago $9/unit, now $15/unit!)
- Terrible customer service. Customer service number goes without response. Main office operates
out of China, so good luck getting anyone on the phone.
- If you open a claim via Paypal, they will attempt to sidestep Paypal's procedures by asking you via email to close your claim before giving you a refund. This of course, is against Paypal Dispute Resolution Policy and very shady to say the least.

Do yourself a favor. Stay away.

"I ordered 4 sets of custom cards. 3 came in a timely manner and were of average quality. The 4th deck was some strange deck I had not ordered. I contacted their customer service by email and was told I had to send them a picture of the strange deck. I did that and they finally agreed that they would send out the correct 4th deck which arrived quite a bit of time later. I feel company has poor quality control and unfriendly suboptimal customer service."
