The site rated the photo quality highly for the second canvas, so it shouldn't have had such poor quality. I am on the fence as to whether I'd use them again. Had both canvases been of the same quality, I think I would stick with printcopia."

"I chose the big cherry tree decal and watched the helpful video on their website. I wiped my wall clean and used the enclosed squeegee to press down the decal onto the transfer sheet, and you have to slowly peel off the top sheet. I needed another person to help me get the transfer sheet on the wall, because it is big, then used the squeegee again to press the decal onto the wall. It took time and patience to slowly peel the transfer paper off the wall, and there were times when I would have to re-squeegee parts of the decal back onto the wall because it would lift as I was peeling off the transfer paper. Once it was on and all done, I was ecstatic! It looks great!!! I love it!"

"I was VERY pleased with the canvas I ordered from Printcopia! This was my first time ordering from them and I really cannot say enough about the high quality of their canvases. I love the fact that they have some weight to them--these are NOT flimsy! Much nicer than I anticipated and much better than competitors that I have tried in the past. "We used a groupon voucher to purchase a large decal for our bathroom. We were excited to receive the decal, and liked the design and the size, but were disappointed on several fronts. First, the package was pretty beat up, and one end of the cardboard tube was uncovered, so the decal had slid partially out of the tube and gotten wrinkled. OK, not a deal breaker since the decal was a tree and only part of the branches were beat up due to the shipping packaging (or lack thereof). Then my wife and I tried to apply the label, and there were no tools provided. When I have ordered from other companies in the past, they at least send a "squeegee" type tool to help adhere the decal smoothly to the wall, and I thought the website advertised that they would be sending one. Oh well, we'll just use our hands to smooth it out. But the most disappointing thing about the decal was that it just doesn't stick to the wall all that well! There was one whole 1.5' section of the tree I had to cut off and throw out because it wouldn't stick to the wall! The decal is up, but there are several sections that are sticking out from the wall (not smoothly affixed). I have purchased decals elsewhere that I have been able to stick, peel down, and restick through several moves over several years! Printcopia's decals are not that type of quality - I'll be lucky if they stay in place for the next year. I'll not purchase from Printcopia again."

"Printcopia was one of only a few places I found that could actually print my pano photos from vacation. The end results were great and they were delivered on time. (the wait time seemed a bit long - especially since they indicated that my photos had been processed and completed within 24 hours of the time I ordered them.) When I got one - the cropping seemed very off...and I contacted them. They made it right - but the conversation was that it was somehow my fault - because they dont do any of the cropping themselves.... She did reprint for free - so I felt much better about the situation. (the reprint took only 2 days to get here - way faster than the original order!) My feedback to them would be to make the thumbnails of what a person orders (that get sent as a order verification) be clickable.enlargeable so we can see what you are processing- which would make it easy for us to contact you immediately if an image seems to not be "right". Beyond that - I would use them again, as it was a rather seamless process!"

"I like most of the orders. Some are a little blurry. My main problem is the auto fit and the green slide bar doesn't seem to allow pics to fit in size canvas I choose. Maybe because I'm not a professional. But it's easier to crop & fit at a kiosk in SAMs club"
