"Worst experience I have ever had, delivery was meant to be within 48 hours but took a month, the tablet I bought was not in stock so they sent me an alternative and when it finally did arrive it did not work and looked used not new, there was hair and specs of fluff under the screen and the touch screen was non responsive. Trying to return it has been a nightmare as well, every time you want to use the returns messaging page you have to add a photo of the tablet or it won't accept the message. They then asked for a video of the problem, if I have to make a video I might as well put it on Youtube as a warning to others about Priceangels. I'm actually worried aout paying the retun postage to China in case they come up with more reasons not to refund my money and I lose out on this as well.
I have bought many items from China and been very happy with the product and the service but this really is the worst experience I've ever encountered and would advise other to avoid Priceangels as it's really not worth the grief."

"PriceAngel's used to be a really good site to buy from, with orders being shipped out within 24hrs and arriving in less than a week in some cases! However, they now are really slow in mailing items and their postage seems to take a month or more! Of the 3 orders I've made this year, all 3 have had problems with items not being in stock, taking nearly 2 months to be delivered and the latest order being misdescribed and broken!

Ordering an item for Halloween 1 month before Halloween, you would expect to receive it. However not only did it take a month and 2 weeks to arrive it was broken and I only received 1 item after the item said "5pcs set" in both the title and description. It has since been changed, however PriceAngels now refuses to give me a refund and only offer a $1.30 coupon which I don't want as I definitely WON'T buy from them again!"

"I purchased a mp3player from Priceangels. It took a minimum of 2 months to get to me. The instructions on how to operate the player was in Chinese. I am English in the USA and read only English. I also can't even get a sound although I've synced music from my music library into the player."

They weren't even good fakes -- they were cheap, crappy counterfeits that didn't work right. I tried to get the company to take a return, but they said I had to ship it back to China at my cost. Postage to China would have cost me half of what I paid for the items plus the hassle of a trip to the Post Office plus the risk that customs would discover the counterfeits in my package and arrest me, so I just threw away the stuff (yeah, the stuff was that bad -- my little brother didn't even want it). It cost me some money to learn my lesson, so take my advice and avoid these guys unless you want to throw away your money. Very disappointed in them. "
