They dont deliver what they claim. Website is a joke. The links take you no where. Customer service links and all other contact/shipping links are set up to send you into a screaming fit. "I stopped buying on the priceangels.com site. I bought a wireless camera, received without a battery. After contacting the customer service, I received the battery two months later. When all was put together, the system doesn't work. Customer service asked to send it back. I did, but they said only a wire was in the undamaged package.
I lost more then 100 us$.
Since then I started buying at DX.COM. I also had some problems by delivering but they fixed it!!!"

"I ordered a tablet PC from Priceangels.com. I paid extra for EMS shipping. The order form says it will be delivered in 3-5 days from the date of shipment using EMS. It took 3 weeks from the day it shipped. I received a defective tablet PC. I went to the site to request an RMA but I had to become a member to do so. However I couldn't request an RMA because I wasn't a member when I placed my order. I sent Priceangels.com video and pictures of the defective touch screen (which renders the tablet useless), in an email with an explaination. They responded with "Please send video or pictures of defect". I emailed again and I finally received a reply through the messaging system on their website, "we will give you a response when we review the email". The particular tablet PC is no longer available on their site. I am a day or two from disputing the transaction through PayPal. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to post a review about an experience with a merchant. If Priceangels.com customer service was responsive, they wouldn't get a poor review from me. Even if/when they correct the problem, I recommend that consumers steer clear of Priceangels.com. "
"Bought tablet on Dec 6 and paid extra for expediated shipping. Didn't get it until Dec 27. Came with Euro style power supply. Got on thier "Live Chat" which is not at all live, and requested the correct power supply. They responded 3 days later (today) that it was sent with "The original charger of the item 332490 is a US charger, kindly advise you order a plug convertor in your city so that you can use it to charge your item." That is copied directly from thier site. These people don't even understand english well enough to handle complaints. As much business as they do with english speaking customers, they should have better translators. I have filed a complaint with Paypal and hope they can help solve the problem. Should get a refund on the shipping as well as the power adaptor. What a rip off! Late for Christmas and cannot even turn it on!"
"On December 11, 2012 I placed an order with PriceAngels. On December 12, 2012 Paypal issued payment for merchandise ordered. After numerous emails, I do not have merchandise as of December 31, 2012. I was given a tracking number and it only tracked the package out of China. After a number of emails I was sent a tracking number supposibly for my merchandise. When I opened this email, my computer crashed due to several Trojan and Rogue viruses.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE FOR ANY TYPE OF MERCHANDISE EVEN IF THEY ARE GIVING IT FREE."

"Price Angels are a complete waste of time!
I ordered a Tablet for my Daughter on the tth December, I paid for EMS 3-4 day shipping, this came at a premium I hasten to add.
It is now the 21st December, I have emailed Price Angels on no more than 5 occasions and have yet to receive a response.
I am now resigned to that fact that the tablet I believed to have been ordered in plenty of time, will not be with my Daughter for Xmas.

"I order from priceangels then I checked out their reviews. The next day tried to cancel the order. A few hours later I received an email stating that my order has been shipped. Then I received another email saying that they are sorry they can't do anything cause my order has been shipped. I have been waiting for my order in the mail. In their emails it says you can track your shipment which you can not. I am currently getting my money back and want to warn you not to order from them."
"I would like to let everyone know how I was scammed by PriceAngels. First of all I ordered 2 tablets for $54.25 each no shipping was added total was $108.50. Well the order was placed on 12/5/2012 and has yet to be shipped that I can handle but what I can't handle is how they took $108.09, $108.23, $3.25, and $3.24 out of my account which in return caused me to have to pay bank fees. People stay away from PriceAngels because they are truly SCAMMERS... They don't care that these were Christmas presents for my kids and now over $200 in the hole I have to figure out what I'm going to do to get my kids gifts. I'm literally in tears right now. You guys have been warned stay away!!! I plan to go to my bank in the morning to see what if anything can be done about this and what's crazy is usually I Google companies to read reviews and for some reason I didn't do that this time silly me.. "Ordered some products from their website on November 15th and decided to cancel the order after reading lots of bad reviews about priceangels.com from this website and others. I got an email requesting photos of my drivers license and the credit card I ordered with. I don't think so - I cancelled the order and they stated it would take up to 25 days to refund the money or I could get store credit. I told them this was unacceptable and that the money needed to be refunded asap. They quickly responded that they had applied the refund and I should see it within 2 days. Yeah right. Over a week later and nothing. Already started a fraud chargeback through my bank. Do not shop here - not worth the hassle."
