"On or about 6/13/19 I ordered two front axels for my Bombardier atv. Order # 30260384. We spend our summers in the mountains. Upon our return in Sept. I proceeded to install the axels. The right one went on fine. I discovered the left one was the wrong axel, it was the same as the right and they are different. Left is shorter. Spent 45minutes with your company. Finally had to order the correct axel and pay for it. Have yet to receive information on how to receive refund for wrong axel or instructions on how to return. Please advise!"
