"I would really like to give more than 5 starts. They shipped within 24 hours, which is great ( except FedEx turned a 2 day delivery into a 5 day delivery). My only concern is, I was unable to change my shipping address (which is different thany billing address) on my order. Not sure if that was because I used PayPal...? I did call to make the change. No one answered, so I left a message. I never got a call back...! Not a huge deal, just inconvenient to pick up my package.

"I never got to have an "experience". I live in the largest snowmobile state in the US. We have had the largest Skidoo and Polaris dealers in the world off and on over the years. All of the villages here use snowmobiles as the primary mode of transportation. As a result a vast majority of machines here are not registered. I attempted to order some frog skinz to replace the ones I have, which are now old and peeling. You took the order only to reject it the next day because I live in Alaska!? Do you realize Anchorage Alaska is the FOURTH largest air freight hub in the WORLD? What I ordered could be put in a flat rate envelope and sent through USPS for that matter. What difference should it make what state I live in if I am paying for the freight? Thanks for your time, Alaska really is on the same continent as you. Lee Rohwer"
