I think the negative reviews come from people not doing adequate research on products or understanding what happens with dropped shipped orders. Just expect a bunch of emails from random distributors. Everything showed up quickly and as ordered. I definitely would order through them again. "

"I ordered a tuner and was told I would have it by a certain date so I scheduled some work to be done on my bike. When it didn't show up when I was told, I tried to track it and it said it was in transit and showing no delivery date. It said this for several days. I called and asked them since it looks like it is lost, if they would overnight one to me since I needed it for when the work was scheduled. I told them when and if I received the first one I would send it back. They said they would over night one but I would have to pay $68 for it. They didn't even try and work with me. Horrible customer service! "
