"I read other poolcenter.com customer reviews, which was why I felt comfortable ordering from them. Placed an order for above ground frame pool on 3/25, paying via paypal. Funds (over $800) were debited from our account the following day. Waited 2 weeks, and then decided to email for a status update, since we we had not heard anything further regarding the order other than the initial order confirmation email. Received a response the next day that our item was on back order and would not be received by them from the manufacturer until week of 5/1. Severely disappointed that we received no information from them either when placing the order, or shortly thereafter, that the item was not in stock. In fact, had I not emailed I am not sure how forthcoming they would have been regarding the delay. Having already waited 2 weeks, we decided against canceling our order and purchasing elsewhere as we would probably not receive it until May anyway. I would have appreciated better/more timely communication from them – providing me the option of either canceling my order and receiving a prompt refund, or securing my agreement to wait a month and a half to finally receive the item."

"I ordered a new pool pump from poolcenter.com. A couple reasons I ordered from these guys:
1. Fast shipping. They had my order shipped the same day
2. Good prices. I saved about 15-20% over what the other places wanted to charge for the same equipment.
3. Friendly customer support. I contacted customer support to make sure they had what I wanted in stock and to check delivery times and the person I worked with was able to answer my questions quickly, politely, and was very helpful.

Overall, very good company to order from and will use them again in the future for what I need to keep my pool running in tip-top shape.

"After initially not receiving my complete order or a status update, a representative emailed me, taking a personal interest in my situation. Within a week, I had the missing portion of my shipment. I was truly surprised and very impressed with their level of customer service. You don't get that nowdays. No hassle, no fuss. They simply wanted to make it right, and they did - IMMEDIATELY.

I've ordered from Poolcenter.com before, and I will not hesitate ordering from them again.

"There was an initial problem with the order, but it was corrected quickly. There is some confusion between the sales department and their fulfillment center.

When the merchandise did arrrive, it was fine and a good value at the price.

"I recently ordered 8 tubes of Pool Sealant. When I received the ordered I found that 2 of the tubes were broken and leaking because of improper packaging during the shipment. I contacted PoolCenter and explained the situation, hoping they would fix the issue. They appologized for the incident and shipped replacements for the 2 damaged tubes the day I reported the problem.

There can be problems with any order you place on-line. However, I am very pleased with their response and Customer Service to make sure the issue was corrected. I have shopped here before and I will continue to shop with PoolCenter!

"Reading the reviews I understand both ends - I guess it's a question of luck. I ordered 3 items, 2 were received the same week and the 3rd items is still outstanding after 2+ weeks. Haven't been able to reach customer service - no reply on emails and order status page hasn't been updated. Unfortunately the prices were good and I need additional pool repair parts for our HOA and need to find a more reliable store.

After poolcenter read the review, they worked to resolved my issue with complete satisfaction.

"BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I bought an INTEX inflatable pool from them. It arrived in Southwestern New Mexico in just 3-4 days! When I discovered it had pinholes in it I called the manufacturer, INTEX, whose customer services was awful. INTEX told me I was out of luck, even though the product was clearly defective from the manufacturer. I called Poolcenter.com, even though I'd read on their website that defective products should be discussed with the manufacturer (and that seems very reasonable to me). I was on hold only a short time, and while I was holding a recording came on every 30 seconds or so telling me what my place in line for a representative was and how long I could expect to wait. It also gave me the option to leave a message and have my call returned. I spoke to Fabiola, who was remarkably pleasant, helpful and understanding! She offered to ship me a replacement pool at no extra charge. I was so pleasantly surprised... and that wasn't all. I called back to check on tracking and spoke to another representative who was equally great! And then! To top everything off, just 2 days later, not one replacement pool, but TWO arrived (Fabiola had mentioned that quality had been a problem with these INTEX inflatables and had warned me that I might see that problem again). So she doubled my chances of being satisfied with the product! What I am overwhelmingly satisfied with is Poolcenter.com as an organization. They will be my number one pool supply retailer and I will recommend them to anyone I know in the market for pools and pool supplies. Thank you, poolcenter.com for remembering that customers are human beings and taking such great care of us!! Jen.... "

"Horrific company AND PURE RIP-OFF ARTISTS....PATHETIC SERVICE AND IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM YOU HAVE NO CHANCE OF SATISFACTION.I PLACED MY ORDER 5 WEEKS AGO-RECIEVED NOTHING.THEIR CALL CENTER IS THE PITS,NO RETURNED CALLS AFTER LEAVING 8 MESSAGES OVER 4 DAYS.THESE GUYS ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST."

"Product was no longer available...but arrived 2 days later from another supplier. I don't like sites that list products they can't ship.

They did however notify me fairly quickly, and didn't charge, so it's 2 stars rather than 1.
