"BEWARE IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL AN ORDER!! SEEMS TO HAPPEN OFTEN!!
I ordered the parts I needed to fix my sand filter. Half were shipped right away and the other half were on back order. I couldn't wait any more. I called to cancel and they told me they couldn't guarantee that they could do this. The terms stated on the site said orders could be canceled unless it shows it had been picked. Mine showed pending. Conveniently, their system at their office said shipped. How could the same system show two different statuses of an order. They told me it would take 48 hrs. to hear any information. Funny, I was never given any info since I ordered in the first place. I asked to get the number for the company they order from. They said they couldn't do that either. On their, site there is nothing that is noted about this issue. I never knew you were unable to cancel an order when it hasn't even shipped. The manager of customer service was very rude. Their job is to resolve issues. It took saying we are calling the Better Business Bureau, which we are, for her to say she will check and cancel right away. My local company was able to get these parts in 3 days. I've almost been waiting 3wks. I was told we'd get a call back right away. It's been 47 mins. since I hung up. Great Customer Service. NOT!

"My in ground swimming pool and spa pump went out last summer and I was looking for a Jacuzzi magnum pump and motor replacement. Poolcenter.com had what I needed and super fast shipping. The service was great when I was ordering parts on line and if I talked to anyone on the phone, they were great also. I highly recommend Poolcenter.com for any of your pool supplies and parts. "

"The worse service I have ever had. first you call the 1 877 poolctr number and all you get is a steady repeat of to press 1 or 2and you do it and it just reapeats the message again and again. Then I went on the chat line and was told I would be getting a call shortly to place a order, well that shorty never came. I will not do any business with such a company that has no regards for a customer."

"I recently had a Cracked Light Lens in my pool that was leaking water and I needed to get it fixed fast. I ordered the Lens from PoolCenter.com and I received the Part in 2 days, Way fast for internet order. I was amazed how fast they ship. All in order great price too The lens was much less cost than the other guys.
And the Shipping was reasonable not the gazillions others charge.

"Do not order from them if you need a part quick, their customer service is disconnected from their sales system. I ordered a part that arrived broken, called and send photos Thursday morning 10:20am. After a second email Friday, they responded and said "Thank you for your inquiry. We will be looking into this". I received another email from Kathy Kussro asking me what item I had ordered when my order number and invoice were both in the subject line on all emails and there was only one item on my order. Today, I am getting my pool re-plastered and need to install the pump and their customer service seems to still be trying to figure out what I had ordered. Good prices but no RMA process, so be warned if you need a part quick. "

"I would recommend these guys to anyone. I have been ordering from this company for years.
Good service, quick on the shipping and I like the prices. I think they must have lowered their prices this year, because everything seems to be almost always the cheapest I can find. I’ve ordered from them maybe 20 times – they only messed up once, but quickly reshipped me. Good merchant, those are getting harder to find these days….

"Ordered 10 EZ Patch 23 from them today online...received confirmation right away. Paid for Fedex Standard Overnight. Called a few minutes ago when I did not receive a Fedex Number. 5 were backordered and they input manually....the person who did the input mistakenly put Fedex ground. We cannot use these after tomorrow and will not be at the shipping address when they are delivered. Customer service is terrible. I asked for the order to be cancelled and was told they cannot do it...I will have to refuse shipment. Customer service supervisor (if she was one) would not give out her last name....very rude and unhelpful. Lauren should probably not be in a
supervisory role.

In reply to the response below....According to an email and 1 customer service rep and Lauren the shipment was not arriving today due to someone on your end incorrectly inputting the shipping information. We would have been happy with 5 arriving today, but I was told there was no way to change the shipment....so what is the real story???
