Tried to get a replacement part that turned out to be impossible, they wont even provide a return shipping label for their junk parts. Customer service is nonexistent. The employee's are clueless and rude dropping F bombs like they're hanging out at a bar. Avoid this fake company like the plague. "I ordered a gasket for my pool, which I could not run without it, on a Thursday. I paid for Expedited Shipping (1-3 Business Days). I should have had the part delivered on Friday or Saturday, since I ordered before noon. A week went by and I still did not have the part and ordered it from someone else on a Sunday and received it Monday afternoon. I contacted Customer Service the following Thursday that I did not receive my order and just to cancel it, since I did not need the part anymore. The Customer Service Department contact me back and said that it was delivered. It was never delivered, because I was watching for the part and my Husband did not see it arrive either. I contacted the Customer Service Department, once again, and told them I never received the delivery and I have never heard back from them. I will NEVER order from them again. Now I am out the cost of the part $23.00 and the Expedited Shipping I paid $18.00 for. "
"I ordered a basket from this website after I ordered it at poolcenter.com and they finally told me it would have to be shipped from the manufacturer. Poolpartsonline said they had it in stock. Come to find out after I ordered it they told me it would be 10 business days. Who can wait that long for a part when your pool is down in the summer? The worse part it took 3 emails to them to get that answer and issuing a refund took another week to show up on my credit card. Being annoyed I started reading reviews and saw this as a trend. Then I googled pool parts and after a little research I found that these two sites plus several more are all registered to intheswim.com. Then I compared pricing on all of the sites they own and they all had different prices for the same items. What a joke. I will use inyo pools from now on. More money but they have better reviews and appear to be who they say they are and honest. "
