"There is a very confusing item on their website about electronic items. Specifically, "electronic items are NON-RETURNABLE". I purchased a replacement PC board for a pool heater and after spending hours on the phone with the manufacturer, they determined it was defective. However, this company stood by their word and issued a refund in only 2 days...very prompt by any standard for an online company. I apologize for the earlier negative comments, but I would suggest you clarify your return policy so your good reputation cannot be damaged by a false statement in the return policy. This company stands by their word and their products. Feel good about doing business with them for any reason at all everyone. "

"Sorry to have to resort to this, but all of America should know what sort of outfit this is...I ordered some fairly expensive filter cartridges - ordered the genuine hayward item, but got sent something made by a no-name knock-off.

There is no phone number on the website to call, so I sent an email to complain, and insist on getting what I ordered. That was 3 weeks ago. I have emailed this company regarding my problem 7 times! I finallly got a response, that was less than satisfactory.

They told me the cartridge I got was the "same thing" as the original. I told them I didnt want it, and I expect a full refund. Unfortunately, I was told that I would need to pay for shipping it back, and that I would have to pay a penalty of 20% (to "restock" the cartridge - put it back on the shelf?)

I will never do business with poolpartsonline again, and I suggest that other pool owners also avoid this company.

"Buyer beware - Very bad customer service!

Ordered something they advertised as in-stock, and then I get an e-mail the next day letting me know I will not receive my item for a month.

Then, they decide there was a "pricing error" and cancel my order. Why they didn't notice this "pricing error" when they first told me item was out-of-stock is beyond me, but I would definitely stay away from this retailer in the future because of their misrepresentations.

Month-long holiday schedules? Give me a break. They say they absorb price discrepancies but they told me I need to pay the full price because of their error. Great job sticking to your commitment there, poolpartsonline. There are many other pool suppliers online with comparable prices and MUCH BETTER customer service than this one. Don't waste your time.

Like the other reviewer, I will never do business with them again.

"Best price on the internet for a Pentair DE filter, no charge shipping, was ordered late Sunday and delivered 10AM Weds.!! Second time I've done business with them, and will definantely do business with them again!! Great price, service, email communication and speedy delivery !!"

"I ordered a new pool motor and PoolPartsOnline sent me a tracking notice that it had already been shipped out the following morning. This was also the day before Thanksgiving so was suprised they were able to get it done so quickly. They had a competitive price and had read good reviews of them elsewhere. There are other places that have lower prices but if you google them you will see they border on scams. They will have you call them to "confirm" your order then try to upsell you. Many times if you do not buy more your item is somehow backordered.

I have bookmarked PoolPartsOnline in case I need other parts in the future as I was very happy with their service & communication. Hopefully this review will help someone else down the line.
