I chose the the White Glove Installation. So, the table was shipped directly to the installer. I highly recommend this installation process. It is Obviously more expensive, but if you see all the parts and time needed to put the table together it is well worth the money. The installation team called prior to the appointment time and showed up on time. While installing the pool table the installer found two minor flaws on each end piece of the table. I could barely see the flaws but the installer told me that any flaw with the table was unacceptable. The Installer called PoolTables.com and they sent replacement pieces back out to the installer. The installer scheduled a new appointment and came back out to finish the install. Both the Installer and PoolTables.com didnt stop until I had the perfect table intalled.
