Beware

"I ordered 2 parts. My credit card was charged immediately, however after a week the items still never arrived and order status only showed I ordered the item. I used the chat feature to inquire. Turns out both items are on backorder. This was never shown at the time of the order, otherwise I would have used another place. I complained about this and that I already paid for the items, plus shipping. And I was simply told, " yes, that's what we do". And, I still haven't received the items. Poor practices. Reporting to BBB and Consumer Affairs. "

"Ordered my parts online on 03/13 at around 9 a.m., I used regular ground shipping to Texas and both parts arrived at my door on 03/14 at about 11 a.m. Prices were among some of the lowest. I did not have to do any returns or deal directly with a person at the store. Overall I am a very happy customer."

"I bought a fridge part from P&C. Very helpful customer service. Shipper messed up, I never received pkg. When I called them,P&C immediately resent the pkg via next day Fedex, at no add'l charge. I am very impressed with this site. "

"No problems! I ordered two OEM dryer parts from their website with no troubles. I needed them in a hurry and signed up for 2 day express shipping. I was pleasantly surprised when they shipped the same day using regular ground for almost $10 less since they could ship them from a warehouse only 50 miles away. They refunded my credit card charges for the lower shipping cost without my even having to ask. I received the two parts exactly as ordered the next day. Their prices were very competitive with other discount suppliers on the net and I would certainly use them again!"

"Ordered 2 frig cover pans (plastic) from Point & Click, Total ~$90. Unfortunately, when the parts arrived one of them had a crack. It does not look like the crack is due to shipment, but it must be there when it is packed. I did not bother to contact them for a possible replacement because I needed the parts rightaway for a rent house in a different place. "

"DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Pat, who supposedly owns the place lacks basic customer service and is rude. She just hang up on me - I couldn't believe it and called back but same rudeness. Ridiculous!"

"Awful! Ordered from them in the past and thought I would try it again. Refrigerator not cooling so expedited shipping and paid more for it than the parts. Received quickly, but part was defective. Called and talked with "Pat." Said part number (their number) didn't fit my refrigerator and where did I get it. I said from your website I'm sure. Then gave her # off of old part. She said it was valid, but they didn't have it. Said couldn't take the one back since I had "installed it" (and it didn't work!) Hung up as I was SOL and then looked at the part I received from them. The #s matched the original part exactly, but the package it came in was a different number. So, they shipped me the right part, but I'm out $51 smackers as they "won't take it back because I installed it." So I ordered from Amazon for much cheaper and will wait it out. Never doing business with this bunch again!"

"PAT IS RUDE!!! If you talk to her get off the phone right away.. called to just change the city that I put in incorrectly and when I asked if a invoice number over a name would be better I was told " to give her something" Hey, I don't know how your system works.. we have two names on the billing.. Just trying to be helpful and you tell me you are going to hang up on me.. really!?
NOT COOL! Hopefully the part will come quickly and it will be worth the crud I went though. Had to call again to be sure Pat didn't do something to my order and got a Ryan.. he redeemed the company for me..

"Dont buy from these folks.placed order said in stock only shipped one item. when trying to cancel rest of orde since they had no idea when the other parts would be in they informed me they charged me upfront fro all the shipping and i could not get it back even though they did not ship my parts. Crooks beware of these people"

"I consider myself a very. very hard customer to satify. SO when the part I ordered arrived broken, I said great just my luck!

I immediately called and spoke with I believe Pat. Pat immediately without hesitation said she would send another item and she did I had it 2 days later! Thanks!

Well as luck would have it, this same part arrived broken! I could tell by shaking the box. So I called on a Saturday and a very kind and informative man took my information and said he would have them call me on Monday.

On Monday as promised I received a call, I dont remember from who, and I volunteered to send pictures, which I did. Since these products are drop shipped directly from Maytag In San Antonio, PCAPPLIANCEREPAIR needed to get with them, so the did armned with the pictures I sent them.

Within a week I had another part, packaged differently and intact.

Never once did they re-charge me or demand a return of the original item before shipment of another.

Every business can have good and bad days and my review is just that, my experience.

I would do business again, great shipping, great pricing and comunications.

"UPDATE!!!
I needed freezer shelf hooks for my Whirlpool refrigerator; after factoring the cost of the shelf hooks and shipping, Point & Click by far had the least expensive prices. I placed my order on August 17th and 2 days later I received an email stating that the items I ordered were back ordered and the warehouse that was able to do USPS shipping would not have my items for another 3 weeks, however if I wanted to pay the additional price for UPS they would ship it out of an alternative warehouse.

Since the cost of shipping UPS would be more than the price of my items and the reason why I chose to purchase through point and click was because of their comparatively low shipping costs, I did not like that option. When I called to inquire of the situation as soon as the customer service rep looked up my order number he blurted out out "I know, I know, you're probably angry. They shouldn't have done that..." (it seemed liked he had already received calls from other customers upset about having their card charged only to find out the order was back dated because he stated that he wished they would tell people upfront before they placed the order). Since I wasn't in that much of a hurry I agreed to just wait the 3 weeks for regular shipping.

My main annoyance was that they A. should not have an item available for purchase if it is not in stock and B. should not have charged my credit card before informing me of said back order.

All in all the item turned out OK. It arrived a few days shy of 3 weeks. It was not the most high quality plastic, and the coloration was off, but they will be in my freezer where not even I will see them often and they do the job just fine.

I won't say that I will never order from them again because if the pricing is right, they might still get my business. However, I will definitely be more cautious if there is a deadline for needing parts as well as probably more vigilant in calling first and inquiring about the stock status before I place an order....

DISCOVER CARD NOT ACCEPTED

I tried placing an order for a shelf support for my Whirlpool refrigerator(part# 819091) several times today while at work but kept receiving error messages about their server not being able to process credit card transactions at that time. When I got home I tried on my personal computer several more times thinking it may have been an issue with the cookies or something on my work computer, but I received the same error message. Then on a whim only seconds after my last failed attempt I decided to try processing the order with my Visa instead of my Discover Card, although the site clearly states Discover is accepted. To my surprise my order went through the very first try with my Visa.

I just wish they would have said in the first place they don't take Discover, and to try another card instead of wasting my time. So, word to the wise, they DO NOT accept Discover Card (at least for the time being)

I'll update my review when I see that the product has arrived, but until then they get 2 stars for a poorly managed website.

FYI: Unlike some other reviewers, I did promptly receive my email confirmation as promised. (so one more star for that)

Also, I shopped around a whole lot for this product and PC had the lowest price including s&h by far! Let's just hope I'm not disappointed....

"Absolutely excellent service. Needed a part for my dryer late last Friday and I was about to order 2 day delivery so I could have it by Tuesday the latest. I called and I was told not to pay the extra fee for 2-day shipping because I would have the part with standard shipping by Tuesday. I had the part regular shipping on Monday!

And now I needed another part for the dryer last night and using regular delivery, it is being delivered today!
Can't ask for better service! Also, absolutely excellent prices. They have several warehouses where they ship from so it makes it very reasonable to use standard shipping for me.

"Does anyone know how to contact the owner of this company? Oh my God that woman Pat Harper, who says she's "in charge" of the place MUST BE FIRED!
NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY BY A COMPANY IN MY LIFE!!!! She was so rude on the phone while I placed my order (including hanging up on me at the end with no thank you or good-bye), that I called her back to tell her I thought her professionalism was lacking because she was so rude to me. She then yelled at me, told me she was going to cancel my order just because she doesn't want my business, and she hung up on me again. I called back 4 times and out of all the 4 times, she picked up the phone and loudly hung up on me slamming her phone without a word to me.
Is it possible a business like this can stay in business? If anyone knows how to file a complaint on this, please let me know. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THIS CRAZY WOMAN!!!!!!!!!!!

"Stay Away, STAY AWAy!!!! I ordered a silver wear holder for my dish washer and when I saw the price and shipping I thought this would be a good deal. Once again peopel if it sounds too good to be true then guess what it is, because about 2 or 3 hours later I got an email telling me that my shipping rate would be up graded. I called and because of the size of the item the shipping charges went to 8 - 9 dollars. I called and spoke to someone and he told me that 99.99994% of the time products under a certian amount will ship for $2.25 but this item being the size the shipping charges were up graded if I want the item, so I told him no cancel the order and I explained to him why because I felt I owed that to him since I was cancelling the order and he blew up at me for yelling at him. I talk loud and at no point was I yelling and he kept saying that I was yelling and he was rude but no where as rude as Pat. I got a second email from them today after I cancelled the order almost three weeks ago telling me of the shipping charges, so I called back and told her that I cancelled the order on the day that I placed it and that I had the void receipt in my inbox(which I plain to keep). She tell me this is not conspiracy(YEH RIGHT!!) and then she said she had not heard from me so she sent it again and then when I was trying to tell her to take my email address out of their system she hung up on me, so I called them back and she answers the phone "what do you want now Mr.so&so", very rude; and when I asked her to take my email address out of their system it only seemed to make her more upset telling me she was done talking and she hung up on me again. So, I guess if you are kissig their backside they treat nice but if you question them then they treat you like dirt on the bottom of your shoe; cannot stress enough STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!!!!! Listen to the few on this one not the masses."
