"Excellent services and shipping fast! I was looking the cartridge for my JENN-AIR downdraft range, Mr. Steve answered all my question with his patient, so I bought 2 cartridges and 2 grease filters. The grease filters came to next day and 2 cartridges came in 3 business days very fast!

"I ordered dishwasher racks (top & bottom) I received the bottom rack damaged and never received the top rack. I was charged for both. I could not get them to work with me so I called my credit card co. to dispute the charge. I talked to Pat from Point and Click and so did my credit card co. She was a total *%*%. She informed me that it was delivered and I would pay or she would turn me over to collections and turn me in for credit card fraud. She said it would stay on my credit report for 7 years and I could not get it removed. Why should I pay for an item I never received? When you have to pay for items you did not receive their prices aren't so good."

"My item arrived damaged. The damage was fixable. My package had a slip from the actual shipper from Missouri. I guess they charge a 300% markup. They paid less than $10 for my part, but charged me over $30! Item arrived right away, but just a part in a box like it came from a big warehouse."
