"The information about whether the item I wanted to buy was in stock or not was confusing. In fact, after I placed the order it appeared clear that the item was NOT in stock and I had to wait about 6 weeks to get it."
"I ordered a Sigma toilet roll holder. It took 10 days to receive a response indicating the order would take another three weeks. I called and spoke to a sales rep, cancelling the order. I then received an email asking me to confirm the cancellation and warning me that I would be unable to get faster delivery from another supplier. I confirmed the cancellation by replying to the email. Two days later I received yet ANOTHER email directing me to a portal to cancel the order. I went to the portal and cancelled the order. It’s STILL NOT CANCELLED. It’s pending!
This follows on my experience with the Sigma faucet I ordered. It came with two left taps! Still waiting for a resolution though I was assured this was in progress over a week ago.
Will never order from these people again. "

"Our first package was not delivered and they took care of it. The second shipment came promptly and the facuet was installed a few days ago and is working just fine.
My dealing with Overstock plumbing was a very good and positive one at all times. When I called they were very concerned and very helpfull. I got a credit on my card and was not billed until the facuet came. I give them a five star review because I feel they went above and beyond to help me.

"Ordered a toilet handle assembly on on 3/30/23and the product arrived in about a week. After opening it, I realized I had ordered the wrong part number for my specific tank. Requested a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) on 4/8/23 and received a response on 4/12/23 asking for a return reason to start the RGA process. I received an email on 4/14/23 stating they had requested the RGA and would let me know when they heard back. That was the last note I received. Since then I sent a note back on 5/3/23 stating I hadn't received an RGA and also know there was a 30 day return policy so please respond. Sent another email today 5/30/23 stating I haven't heard anything, and probably won't get a return and refund.
I would rate customer service a 1 star, but I gave an overall 2 star rating because the product I ordered came within a week."

"I ordered my tub on January 17 and the website said 2-3 weeks delivery. I never received a shipping confirmation. A month later I called because I thought I’d given enough time for us to have received our order. It became clear that they hadn’t even ordered the tub from the supplier when we placed our order with Plumbing Overstock. They then asked us (in mid-February) to approve a drawing (mid-February) of information we had discussed with them in detail before we ordered in January. To make a long and tiresome story short, we finally received our tub on March 13 and this held up our construction process. They have good prices but I’d never order from them again. The savings isn’t worth the headache. "
"I purchased this very expensive toilet handle online because there was a return policy that I was comfortable with if the handle didn’t coordinate well with the faucet I already had. I opened the package the day it arrived and could tell that it wasn’t going to look right with the Rohl faucet in the bathroom, so I immediately reached out to request a return. "I ordered an instant hot water tank online through their website on December 11th, 2022. After receiving and installing the product, I discovered that the drinking water from the tank had a very bad taste. On January 1st, 2023, I sent an email requesting a product return and a refund. Despite my efforts, the company has not resolved the issue, as they keep saying that they need authorization from their vendor for the refund. It has been over 55 days, and I am still awaiting a resolution. The customer service provided by the company has been very disappointing.""
