"This is my first time ordering from Plumbingoverstock.com. I ordered an Axent toilet, then a few weeks went by. I check the website order status and it didn't change from initial order being fulfilled status. I called and got to speak to someone without much wait time, and the person checked the status and said it was shipped and will be arriving the next day! It was fortuitous that I called to check on the status that day, otherwise I wouldn't have known to plan to wait for the delivery truck the next day.
The toilet arrived by a sub-contracted freight delivery company that I have not heard of before. The delivery truck people did not call me ahead of time and they did not ask me what date or time I prefer; they just scheduled it and sent me a mysterious text message that I thought was spam. Nevertheless, the item was delivered without any issue. The toilet was well packaged in a cardboard box and placed on a pallet with plastic strapping tape and clear plastic wrap to keep it secure and dry. It looked like it came straight from the manufacturer.
Upon opening the box, everything looked like what I expected, but strangely there was water inside the toilet bowl. My only guess is that the factory does a test and there is water left behind?
In summary, plumbingoverstock.com is a legit company that fulfills your order, but there may be gaps in communication or being prompt with order status updates."
